Awful Doctor. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money. I had filler with him in my nose to straighten it. His injections were badly placed, gave me many burst veins and the result was shapeless and worse than when I started. Any suggestion that you are not happy he acts in denial, gets aggressive, and then will completely gas light you to make the situation and your relationship with him impossible so you just give up and walk away. He's manipulative and this seem like a clear strategy from him. He is clearly incapable of the procedures he is perfoming and unethical. Read the previous reviews here and on Google to see the pattern, and be careful, I believe he is buying positive reviews to offset the repeat feedback from unhappy patients he is getting. Take care.

Worst experience of my life. I had custom cheek implants. They were placed approx. 4 cm wide, one too high, one too low. Both are so far away from their design making electing for custom implants completely redundant and need to be replaced. One corner is visibly causing a large bump under my eye and poking over the orbital rim into my eye socket causing it to twitch and irritate. Had a CT scan after to determine placement and he actively tried not to show it to me. He then lost his temper when I asked to see the full CT scan. He was in denial the whole time about how far off the placement was, exactly like previous reviewers suggest. Do your research there is no doubt in my mind that this surgeon is buying fake positive reviews. I have seen two surgeons in follow up consulations and they all cannot explain why the implants were placed so far away from their design. They discussed a cash settlement with me then decided to pretend in writing the discussion did not take place. This Doctor is unethical, uses his temper to manipulate you, and lacks skill. His aesthetic taste is nonexistent. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The old adage is completely true with this person - those who teach; can't do. Look elsewhere if you value your time, face, and happiness.

Thirty years ago, I got my nose broken in a fight and trusted Dr. Binder to rectify it and make it a little better. He made it too small. Not only that, I hemorrhaged the night after surgery from a spider angioma bleeder that he admitted he "should have cauterized during surgery." I had to be rushed into emergency surgery and he re did it all and fixed it but there is some bad scarring inside that looks like a small pimple and I've had to live with a weaker button nose into adulthood. When I think of all the lovely women I used to attract and how I've missed out on so many from having a decidedly less attractive face due to his scalpel moves and bad artistic sensibilities, I cringe and get depressed... 30 years later and it still depresses me. Just look at the work he posts of patients on his website: pretty awful looking work there and that is supposed to be him showing off his best results!?! So many better options can be had with plastic surgeons in LA and Beverly Hills by going to doctors who have a better artistic sensibility. Find a better option, I say. Just look at Dr. Rawnsley, for example...That is all.

When Dr. Binder was supposed to surgically insert submalar inplants, he damaged a nerve in my right cheek leaving me with a permanent crooked smile. When people saw me after I had the procedure, they thought I had a stroke. When I saw other doctors they told me that the damage was irreversible. Eventually I had the implant replaced and the surgeon who performed that procedure told me that the original implant that Dr. Binder inserted was NOT submalar. I paid Dr. Binder to improve my appearance and instead ruined a once beautiful smile.

I've been seeing Dr. Binder for years. He has a wonderful bedside manner, aesthetic eye and a natural touch. In my opinion, he is the very best! His staff is beyond amazing and supportive. I highly recommend him!

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his patient care and achieves the type of results that only decades of experience and artistry can create. His work is outstanding and he is a kind and patient professional. He lectures and teaches technique to other plastic surgeons all over the world. I have been practicing in an elite tier of medicine in Beverly Hills for over 20 years. I am asked daily to make referrals for patients. There are few surgeons that I can recommend with confidence, Dr. Binder is one of those surgeons. His office staff is professional and I have no doubt that you will be treated with care and concern. Stop searching, you have found the very best in Dr. Binder.

I was greated by Nancy who was so nice as soon as I walked in. Ii then saw Dr.Binder who explained my revision chin surgery in such great detail, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I found my surgeon. I then met with his surgical coordinator Bridget and she explained everything what to do prior to surgery, and gave me the price quite. His fees are very reasonable considering he is the one who started customi implants in the first place. The entire office runs like a true team. I had my surgery 1 month after my consultation and i am ore then happy with my results. I've already referred two of my friends to him

Another well-known plastic surgeon recommended Dr. Binder as the best surgeon to address my problem. For comparison, I saw two other well-known surgeons for evaluations before seeing Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder was the only one who suggested the correct treatment solution, whereas the others suggested treatments that would not have worked properly. Dr. Binder's qualifications are stellar, his analysis and explanations are thorough, and his work is excellent.

I recently went in for a consultation and was very happy about my visit. I went in kind of nervous, and left feeling great. First, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Most of my nerves left when talking with everyone. When I met with Dr. Binder, I was instantly put at ease. He knows what he is talking about, and is extremely clear about everything. Thanks everyone!
