ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF COMMUNICATING WITH. A "1" star is too low for the patient care I did NOT receive from this doctor and her office staff. Choose ANYWHERE but here for your medical needs......do yourself a favor, and don't even call.

Dr. Torakawa's office is amazing. She has wonderful staff and the doctor is very knowledgeable. She spends a lot of time with you and explains everything in great detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Torakawa is a very clever, logical, ethic and professional dermatologist. Very satisfied from diagnostic to all process followed ups and accurate in all levels. Dr. Torakawa helped giving me inputs and advise. Very Satisfied!

Dr. Torakawa was recommended however, I could never get an appointment. I called her office 8 times with no response to my calls. I went to her office to try to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said they would get back to me. They never did. I had to find a different Dermatologist for my skin cancer who would actually treat me.

Dr. Torakawa was recommended so I tried to get an appointment. I called her office 8 times with no luck. I actually went to her office and tried to get an appointment, however they said they would get back to me. They NEVER did. I have skin cancer and I can't get a Doctor to treat it. I am very sadden by their lack interest in providing minimal care for those who need it.
