Dr.Adrienne Schupbach, along with her associate Stephanie McWhirter, APN, of the Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Institute, are the most proficient and caring medical practitioners that I could ever have caring for my family. Despite some scheduling issues, these two are wonderful. Just an observation for those seeking advanced medical care for the skin.

Dr. Schupbach is a good physician. The remainder of the office is TERRIBLE! The front office would rank considerably below the DMV in terms of demeanor and helpfulness. The receptionists/schedulers are unprofessional, rude and light years from being polite and caring. They do not return phone calls at all-ever. If you call (horrible idea) plan on doing something productive while on hold because it will 45 minutes minimum. This office treat patients as if they are a pain in the derrière instead of patients to be served.

Visit was great but when I called back to see if I could get a refill on the cream she gave me for a rash, now that’s a different story. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a phone call back. Good thing it wasn’t a life and death situation.

I waited almost a half hour until the she came into my room and when she was in there I felt rushed and she started to walk away when I went to ask her a question. She was only in the room for less than 10 minutes when I had to wait for almost a half hour in the room. I would not recommend.

These people have no idea what they are doing. They don’t communicate with each other nor their patients. The staff is rude and doesn’t return calls. I will not go back.
