Blythe Health Clinic's Online Review Report Card

First time visit with Dr. Holt was a fantastic one for my LO with autism. She is very warm, inviting, listens and shows genuine care. My LO seemed to like her as well.But as far as whoever is the Front Desk Clerk will not be getting even close to a good review as the Dr. as well as the front door woman doing temp checks. Reason being, is that they prolonged my autistic son's appointment by refusing to give my husband the appropriate form to release his record's to have them transferred there. Firstly the woman doing the temp checks at the door would not let him pass and questioned him persistently like he was a predator or criminal trying to enter. And that is without even doing her job, to check his temperature.(Had his mask on) Refusing him to enter to return a form that was requested by the doctor. So she went to get the clerk herself because she did not believe him even after seeing the form to return in his hand. When returning with the clerk they persistently continued to question him and with an attitude making him feel like he was doing wrong when he was just a parent no different from other Mothers who come in taking care of business for their children without being harrassed. The clerk refused to give him the form he requested claiming she wasn't understanding so he called to ask me what is was and after i told him to explain what form and why as if I needed to in the beginning, she still denied it stating, "We did not need to sign a form to get a release of records sent to them" ??? And they let him leave without any form. Which is required to proceed with our referral. So I call back the next morning to dispute this and reach the same clerk from the day before that spoke with my husband and she lies to me stating my husband left on his own without taking the correct form after her offering it to him. Like that makes any sense. She admits that yes we do need to sign that form and she requested us to go back again to sign it. We have felt such disrespect! And what an inconvenience to have to take the time out of my busy schedule that I had yesterday to return back based on her mistake. And no apology either on the phone. If this wasn't for Dr. Holt being so great and the only one covered by my insurance I would definitely not return.

They are always patient and helpful

They need to work on collecting co-pays every visit so you don't get a hefty bill in the mail later.

Staff are a great bunch of folks very helpful and go all out to help with all things a patient may ask. Sharon is a great scheduler for those out of town spots. The only drawback is they change doctors very often.
