List of Alfred Moon's Reviews
I was very happy with Dr Moon and I highly recommend him.
I have been visiting his office for years and always he is always professional and knows what he is talking about
I have been under the care of Dr. Moon since 2017 for chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU). My experience with him has always been GREAT! After I got Medicare, I left my former health insurance (an HMO) for straight Medicare to better manage my care. While looking for a new immunologist/allergist, I found Dr. Moon and stayed with him up to today. I am really satisfied with Dr. Moon. I find him very knowledgeable and responsive to his patients needs. I highly recommend him.
I was diagnosed with Chronic Asthma and was referred to Dr. Moon for treatment. What a fantastic Doctor he is. He has my asthma well under control and monitors me on a consistent basis. I would highly recommend Dr. Moon to anyone who has respiratory ailments. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and makes you feel comfortable during appointments. He will take very good care of you.
I have allergies and asthma problems. Dr Moon was helpful.
The doctor was professional and informative. He helped with the problems I had over the years since I am allergic to so many things.
I was given a skin patch allergy test AFTER I had already had two given by the Dermatologist that referred me to Dr. Moon. It's a SCAM to get more money out of you and your insurance company. I didn't even need this patch test!! I should have been allowed to check with my insurance company prior to the skin test to see how much out of pocket I would have to pay. Had I known I had to pay almost $600 out of pocket, I would have NEVER agreed to the test. Patient/buyer BEWARE!!! I wrote a letter to Dr. Moon to complain that the test should have been pre-authorized. At first, he said we could work something out, later he had his office manager tell me there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service and beware of the money scam! I would not recommend this doctor's office.
Has helped me so much on my allergies to the point where i dont even have to worry about them anymore!
They are ok as long as you get there on time. If you are late at all they won’t see you and never have time to reschedule you. It’s very frustrating when your trying to finish allergy shots series and they are more worried about being late for lunch.
I always looked up to doctor Moon and always thought he's a good doctor never had a problem until recently. I was very surprised to get a phone call from him asking me why I was getting an allergy test when he's the one who ordered it and he doesn't remember why he ordered it? Seriously? I had to remind him of our last conversations and what we've discussed. He doesn't seem to remember. He should know if he typed it and logged it in the computer don't you think? Don't they log or keep notes? It just looks bad on his part and unprofessional if he has to ask his patient which is me what to do and to remind him or refresh his memory. This is why I am changing my review. I feel bad I have to do this, but hey it just made me wonder after that.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
