Dr. Anne Ford is the most caring doctor I’ve ever had and she is great and sweet and takes her time with you and explains things very well! Almost all of her staff are great! But…. When you need a refill on medication that the Dr. Just upped and you still after a week of leaving messages and still no medication that is just ridiculous! You call the nurse many times and I mean many times and still nothing! I’m sure she’s lost patients over this and this is very sad! If you need more help ask for it but do not let her patients suffer because you don’t want to ask for help!!!!! Pride is helping the patients!

A physician is only as good as the team when it comes to your medical care. I have been in the business for 40 years. No debate here. Since Providence acquired St. Joseph Health System they have become terrible. I will not describe the deplorable experiences here. There are many better choices when it comes to your care. Unfortunately the doctor gets the team grade of F!

Dr. Ford is amazing. She is caring, listens to all your questions and concerns. She is always available. I dont wait past my appointment time. Her staff is so nice and always greet you with a smile when you walk in. She is the best!

Yes Dr Anne Ford is the best Doctor ~ She’s listens & lets you feel never rushed.Im so happy I found her-I trust & I know she will help me anytime I call her.Now days Doctors just don’t care about there patients & never call u back.Being 79 yrs old & the way this world is no one wants to be bothered with old people. We never think about getting old it sure comes fast.I only wish I had daughter like her. I feel so grateful that I her.

She has been my Primary Care Dr for over 15 years. She gives it to you straight. Doesn't have her own agenda. Trusted her enough to admit that a car accident that I was involved in, occurred because I fell asleep behind the wheel. She didn't judge me, nor did she lecture me. She has NEVER judged, nor lectured me. And, she even puts up with treating my SURLY Fiance.
