If we hold a mirror up to our face and ask the following questions: Have I ever been late more than 10x throughout my lifetime? Have I been disorganized more than 10x throughout my lifetime? If the answer is yes, then you are honest and see past flaws. If you answer no, you are being dishonest and are leaving no room for error in anyone. The most relevant thing to note is not policing flaws about Dr. Shah or his office but to bring light that he values the level of care and service he provides while practicing his profession. He will continue to be my primary doctor until he retires :)

Early morning appointment and doctor is late. This is not the first time I Get the first appointment for the and have to wait.

The office has no organization. They are unable to communicate simple messages from staff to staff and will go weeks without responding to patients. Would never recommend this dr office.

Dr. Shah is an excellent family Doctor. He is always interested in how the family is doing. He has always been able to talk with my teen age sons in a way that will make them feel comfortable and open with him. If we have any questions he has always taken the time to address our questions fully.

I absolutely love my family doctor (Dr. B. Shah). He is on top of my care and ensures that any pending steps I need to take of for my well being are addressed. He takes the time to listen to any questions I have about my illness and offers his advise. I have not had a doctor in over tens years that I can actually say I would recommend to others but with Dr. B. Shah I'll gladly refer him to anyone. Dr. Shaw treats you with respect and he is very kind. I highly recommend him.
