I accompanied my mom here after she sustained a fall with a suspected rib fracture. She was seen by PA Andrew who provided great care and explained everything in detail, along with showing her the xray result. He explained the recovery process and most importantly provided peace of mind for my mom.

Be prepared to wait, even with an appointment. I made an 11 a.m. appointment for a drug test, physical and TB clearance. Per the site, I was to arrive at 11:45 to fill out additional paperwork after I had already filled out a lot of it online. I arrived at 10:36. There were about 5 other people there. At 10:50, one of the women waiting asked how long it would be for her to be seen since she had a 10 a.m. appointment. The girl at the front desk said she was next and would be called soon. At 11 a.m., I asked how long it would be for me to be seen and was told they were getting a room ready for me. At 11:45, I was finally called. The entire appointment didn't take too long once I got in. I walked out at 12:36 p.m. - exactly two hours after my arrival time. A patient without an appointment was seen within 30 minutes and another one was done with her test before I was done with mine. One of thos fast patients even asked if she should've made an appointment and the guy at the front desk said it didn't really matter. Clearly! I realize that everyone's test/need is different, but they should attend patients based on their appointment time versus whenever. I'd go elsewhere if given the chance. On the positive side the place was clean and the staff, in the back, were nice. The girl at the front desk had a sour face every time anyone asked her a question, so don't bother her. LOL

The PA Andrew is awesome! He is very caring and listens to my needs, he also gives me good recommendations on how to remedy my medical condition. Best doctor! Really recommend him!

I just want to give a HUGE shout to KALYSSA &MARICE running the front reception area, with a big smile and excellent customer service to their patients! Also to JENNY running the back office You ladies have been so kind and patient with me ! I Cannot begin to say just how much you going the extra mile w your genuine kindness and compassion as meant so much to me!! Thank You doesn't even say how much how much your dedication is appreciated!

I went here several times and I had a good experience overall. One doctor compel me to take care of problems beyond today’s issue. I like that. Sometimes you get a doctor sometimes she only gets a physician assistant. But they all seem to care and do a good job. The only reason they got four stars is because the wait time can be long.

Had problem walking, burning feeling on my feet. Was told I was dehydrated without any lab test, to wear no socks. No discharge instructions or other treatment. Not sure if it was a Dr or PA since there was no name tag or self introduction.

Went for leg knee pain. 1. Physician really spent hardly 1 minute without asking any questions, examinations..etc. 2. Physician was rushing very fast to finish up my case. There were no advise provided in taking care. Said I would get a med prescribed and didn’t say what. It ended up as Ibuprofen which I could have just bought over the counter. 3. Pharmacy I preferred was not understood and went to CVS in a different zip. Struggled for 3 times going around just to get this ibuprofen. Very unsatisfactory overall ! Please improve guys.

My wife just left Brea Urgent Care. She was helped by a fantastic PA named Maria Fernandez. She was pure magic with my wife. Her manner with a patient was awesome - professional, friendly and caring, all in one. I really hope we see Maria next time we need to come back.
