We love and appreciate Dr. Won so much! She is so compassionate and she genuinely cares for her patients. I never feel rushed through our appointment, she is so so gentle, she is knowledgeable, and she's down-to-earth. I appreciate that she is so responsive when I message her through our patient portal. I can depend on her to reply within 24 hours. We will be staying with Dr. Won until our children are grown up!

Nice pediatrician. Able to answer questions but the wait time is ridiculous. We'll get checked in fast but each time we sit in the exam room north of 30 minutes. This is very annoying when you have specific feeding times.

I'm really disappointed from Christine won staff . I been calling from 8:00am into 10:00am and no answer and when they kept me online for over 20 minutes and when they finally answer with verry bad actitud I just want to let them know if they don't like their job to look somewhere else because is really I responsible that people are dipending of the service. I definitely change my child to deference doctor.

My daughter (now 6) and son (now 4) have been seeing Dr Won since we moved to Fullerton two years ago. It is such a blessing to have the first doctor you try be the doctor you know is right for your kids. She is always so kind and loving with the kiddos. They adore her. She's very soft spoken. She always listens to every concern I have and addresses each one in its entirety. I definitely would recommend her to anyone. The new building they're in now is just icing on the cake! Everything is brand new and beautiful in the office now! The staff are extremely helpful and are a bunch of sweethearts. All around awesome pediatrician experience!

I would not recommend taking your child here. The fees and nickel and diming that occurs ridiculous. I do not believe you will get decent care for your child, Dr. Won cares more about her fees than the health of your child.
