We're from out of town and didn't know if our insurance worked here in California... the front office spent so much time explaining details and calling our insurance company. Luckily it worked! The doctor was incredibly friendly and spent a long time with my daughter. I would highly recommend!!

Today, July 3 2024, I received a $67 bill for an April 22, 2023 urgent care visit. On my bill I was charged $90 for the Covid test (my insurance covered $35) and $29 for another test of some kind (my insurance covered $16). Was I told the price of a covid test before it was administered? No. I WAS NOT TOLD. And here it is, over 14 months later, I am getting a bill. I am shocked and disappointed. ExerCare, certainly you can treat patients better than this? Be upfront with patients who come in for testing because they feel miserably sick. Let them decide if they can afford to pay that kind of bill. Don’t make the decision for us.

A much better facility than the one in Sherman oaks, where I waited 4 hours to get urgent care for my hurt shoulder. I received care here within 30-45 minutes and everyone was very helpful and the doctor was thorough. I recently went back for a recheck and they recognized me and roomed me within minutes!

Peeled off the tip of my finger at work. Dr. Vantassell was amazing. I sure wish more doctors were like him. He took excellent care of me.

They charge $215 to just consult (talk to) one of their doctors and they let you know it will be much more if any labs are needed. But they don't tell you that until after you've waited as long as it takes for your turn to come up. They ask you questions you've already answered on their own forms and then pretend to care when they blindside you with hundreds of dollars of fees just to be recognized. They get all your information, which they now own and can use for profit. They use willfully misleading tactics and take advantage of sick desperate people. Very gross. We can do better.

Excellent experience at the West Hollywood Exer location. Very brief wait time and was seen by nurse to take vitals, and shortly later Dr Jannicky, who was excellent and answered all my questions. Very thorough communication, they needed to do some lab work which was handled on site and results were uploaded via patient portal. Highly recommend for urgent care
