I really like Dr. Anderson. First of all the front office staff was friendly and professional and the back office staff was really nice too.Dr. Anderson is young and I am looking forward to having him as my physician in the future. He took time to talk with me and was very personable. I give him an "A+" for bed-side manner.My appointment did have to be booked a few weeks in advance but it was also the holiday season.

Dr. Anderson is a nice guy.But after 3 years as my Doctor,I realized I needed someone with more experience.Did not follow through in getting referrals for issues I asked for.Did not follow through with personal issues I asked him to take care of.I received better service going to the after hours clinic in the same building.Did not feel he had my best interest at heart.I recently changed Doctor's,so I would NOT reccomend him to anyone.

The only problem I have ever had is with calling the office for an appointment. The hold time is unreasonably long. Other than that I am really happy with Dr. Anderson.
