I went to Kaiser Brea clinic on Monday to get a hearing clearance for a job. Bobbie at the check in was professional, polite, and respectful. This was the 3rd time. Her friendly attitude and clear communication made me at ease. The docters, nurses, and staff drawing blood are all wonderful. Great customer service at Kaiser.

Avoid Kaiser Permanente! KP is not equipt to handle mental health needs. It is extremely disheartening to see such poor mental health resources.

I would highly recommend you shop around for more health insurance companies before signing up with Kaiser every single procedure. I’ve had to wait over a month sometimes two months for the procedure to be completed because the appointments were out so long. They put me through medical processes that didn’t even figure out the problem, so wasted my time and my money. You pay your premium bill to Kaiser, but if there’s a problem, the healthcare of Colorado marketplace will drop you.. Then you have to wait on hold to talk to a human being for hours. Kaiser is not the leading nonprofit health insurance company.. There are many more companies out there more reliable than this company.

Roseville Kaiser-ER to ICU experience 2024. The individuals that showed NO empathy and were extremely rude to their assigned patients, you might want to consider leaving the healthcare field. Treating a sick patient with a nasty attitude or forgetting about them, yes we heard that, is inexcusable behavior for a physician or nurse. Healthcare has taken a huge dive in the past 20+ years. There are no appointments available ANYWHERE within the Kaiser network from the East Bay area to Roseville for weeks (we found out yesterday on the Kaiser app and from advice nurses) so they refer you to ER because that is Kaiser's protocol. The Kaiser emergency rooms are extremely overloaded and have wait times of over 12 hours to be seen for vitals and then you are sent back out in the waiting room with IV's that were started and a blanket, only to wait for a spot to put you in the hallway of ER or shoved in a room with 4 chairs and 4 other various sick or hurt people waiting for even longer for a physician. Nurses and other staff are overwhelmed and understandably upset with the way decisions and protocols are made by the facilities and the healthcare industry. The Physicians and staff members advise patients to contact member services and file a grievance as their hands are tied. They do see the issues and agree that something has to change. That says a lot about the industry! This type of healthcare is unacceptable. I have experienced it twice now within 1 month. Personally and now during my daughter's stay. STAND UP FOR YOURSELF AND BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE!! IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO THEN HAVE FAMILY MEMBER SPEAK ON YOUR BEHALF! Make sure you don't become a statistic of poor healthcare. Contact California Dept of Managed Care services and report what you see or experience. WE ALL have to change the way things are going.
