List of Nam K Lam's Reviews
Treats father's like second class parents
I went for an xray exam this morning and they turned me away because supposedly i had fever of 101.7 They sent me to another location because they assumed i probably had covid and i would be treated there properly. I went to the other location and guess what no fever. I was at 97.5 and came to work where we are being tested and same thing 97.9.Staff make sure you take the right temperature before you reject people and add more fear to us than you should
My doctor is great but WHY is the pharmacy closed when the offices are open? Kaiser - If you REALLY care about your patients, open the pharmacy when the doors open. Don't make people sit around waiting for their medicine.
Excellent facilities. Now that the new one was built in La Habra, I have no reason to come here, but loved it while I did.
I love, love, the service, the ambiance, the doctors, the nurses, the [pharmacy, the efficiency, the whole staff. I have been with Kaiser for more than 35 years...never disappoints.
It's usually a nice calm place yesterday it was busy the manager lady was so.... Rude it was sickening I was there for over3hours .She insisted on blaming me for a kaiser mistake.Im going to learn prior authorization steps and criteria (it's on the internet)the correct questions should be asked to me and knowledge of HOW--- to write a valid script Rx should be required. mistake makers timewasters I'm diagnosed with 2conditions mentioned in priorauth criteria and have been on 3listed meds that don't work, what's the stupid problem. if the way that lady speaks to sick stressing customers is the way she serves god..we all know where she will end up
I absolutely love kaiser in general but my facility here at brea the most it's never crowded and I love how they separate the children and adult waiting rooms. The pharmacy and lab are all at the same place. This is so convenient especially when you have a sick child last thing you want to do is drive to CVS or Walmart. I agree with the flu shot being mentioned more then once but as an adult you need to learn to say a firm no and put what you believe best for your child. I tell the doctors no. We never do receive the flu shot, thank you and that's that. Even after the receptionist asked the assistant and then the doctor. Lol. I remain with my answer. It's probably something they firmly believe in and want to make sure your protected. It never feels like a forceful question
This is a medical office complex resembling a hospital. Pharmacy is on the west side (right from North entrance). Modern architecture and right off of Lambert on the south side.Accompanied family for an appointment. Entrances on both north and south sides of building. Just this year on OTC item label had changed and we compared pre/post nutritional panel and confirmed it was correct.Solar awnings are installed and the pharmacy staff were helpful. Thanks for your help in the comparision and change is good to asses people, patients and all things and most importantly what remains.
walk in flu shots, never a long wait for appointments
We're been with Kaiser for years. The quality of service and convenience of having everything in one place is hard to find anywhere else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
