Our whole family has used Dr. Rosenberg for years. Yes it can be a while until you can get an appointment, but well worth the wait. Excellent staff. His assistant, Joanie gets 5 stars from us also.

Dr. Rosenberg is a wonderful dermatologist and a fine human being. He helped my husband figure out and solve the allergies that were plaguing him. He is also my dermatologist and I really appreciate his knowledge and skill.

Very poor customer service. It took over 6 months to get an appointment with this doctor, I had to take an entire day off of work, they called me few hours before my appointment to tell me it had been cancelled. When trying to reschedule, I was on hold for 15 minutes and then they attempted to reschedule me with his assistant! Um, no, I waited 6 months to see the doctor, not his assistant. When I asked to be rescheduled with the doctor, they told me they would have to call me back at a later time to reschedule. I am very disappointed with this St. Jude affiliated office. I will update this review or leave a new one depending on my next experience with this office.

Dr Rosenberg chooses to diagnose you over the phone and tell you not to come in for 6 months, even when he knows you have a history of malignant melanoma , basel cell and squamos cell carcinoma. He has done this to multiple patients . And very rude when you ask him why. Find another dermatologist that actually cares about you.

I think that Dr. Rosenberg is a fine doctor. He is personable, and very confident. Unlike other doctors, he always looks me in he eye, and shakes my hand when he comes through the door.
