United Medical Imaging Of Brea's Online Review Report Card

I set up an appointment at 9 am with this business. I walked in and heard another patient arguing that they had an appointment at this facility at 9 am. The lady behind the counter said that their appointment was in Anaheim. The patient said that the paperwork clearly states that the address is in Brea and that their appointment is in Brea. The lady's response said "I don't know what could have happened." They decided to let the patient stay, however, after that hassle the customer was upset. Then I got up to the window and signed in. She told me my appointment was at 10 am. I said "no," I was clearly told my appointment was at 9 am. I even put the appointment in my phone at my last visit and confirmed with the lady it was at 9 am. I took work off specifically for this reason at this time. She said, "I'm sorry. Your appointment is only 3 minutes long since you have an x-ray." It doesn't matter how quick my appointment is. The fact of the matter is that this business can't get anything correct. I was here two minutes and heard mistake after mistake being made. This facility is incredibly crowded as well. They are obviously overbooking people.

Front office staff good. Tech for bone density scan very good. Tech for mammogram thoughtless, mouthy obnoxious. Asked me did I have children, I answered no, I was unlucky that way. Tech said she didn’t either, proceeded to rant and rave about how her friend had the most ungrateful daughter who “insert 10 minute tirade here”. She said I should feel grateful I didn't wind up like her friend.( I forgot to list insensitive. ) I told all staff and my referring ob/gyn what happened. I will not be back. Everyone was so nice and caring

XRAY TECH VERY RUDE!! "MOVE THERE" "MOVE HERE"!! NO MANNERS!! LAST VISIT FOR SURE!! RACIST ON MINORITIES!!

Trying to make a STAT app and unable to do so because nothing available after couple weeks...this is joke. Were is the management??? Check other business definitive this business doesn't care.

Came in at 9am to check in as a new patient . My appt was at 9:30. Didn't have to wait. I was called back before appt time. Great experience here. Very nice staff. Radiologist was very nice.Thank you

MRI went well. Was very fast. Only issue was didn't understand where to park. Hit the parking garage second floor!

mammo technician was not very patient w me. She seemed like she was already tired. mammogram is not a very comfortable process, technicians should be trained to be more compassionate and caring when it comes to dealing w patients. I felt comfortable going here for my ultrasound but wish their was more privacy from changing room, bathroom, to ultrasound room.Office is clean. Ultrasound technician, Amanda, was friendly and professional.

The front desk was amazing.  Efficient, kind and professional.  Made an appointment for an X-ray with a doctor's order.  9:50 appointment and arrived at 9:40.  Filled out a few pages of easy paperwork as a first time patient. Was in and out by 10:05am.  Great experience.
