Apollo Dental Care's Online Review Report Card

This is a small practice. It is not fancy and they do have to refer patients for certain types of work, but they are awesome. Because it is a small practice, they have outstanding and personable customer/patient/client service. They are more than fair and will go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the care you need. If you ever have a question or concern, they are happy to assist, with a smile exhibiting their sincerity. They are always welcoming and remember patient faces and details, even if it's been awhile since your last visit. Due to the simple nature of a small practice, there can be occasional inconveniences such as a phone line that isn't going through or a lack of online services. However, in my opinion, the genuine care and service they provide greatly outweighs any inconvenience. It's actually pleasant to stop by and speak to them in person when you can't reach them by phone because they are so nice. I wish more offices were like this instead of that corporate faceless inpersonable experience we get with most medical and dental offices nowadays. The others make me feel like a cow paying someone to herd me in and out in under 15 min after waiting an extensive amount if time to not really listen, care, or recall anything from previous appts despite charts being up to date or having inaccurate information that only certain personnel can change but they never do so you get treatment according to incorrect information because they don't listen, update, read notes, remember anything, or value the patient's input. It's a eeal problem in big corporate medical and dental offices. This is not the case at Apollo Dental which has made my dental experiences something I don't dread, and somewhat even enjoy.

Read this for your safety . If I could post this all over social media and give it a zero star I would. this is the most horrible dentist place to go to In Brentwood Please pick anywhere else I have gotten braces here and expander And several cleanings and cavities done never once have I gotten injected or saw a needle anywhere I was sitting in the chair at age 10 crying and screaming because they wouldn’t give me any pain medicine getting a “cavity” taken out and filled. And their “cleanings” Were not cleanings at all They scratched the tooth a little bit and called it good this place would never point out any of my cavities or notice the fact I haven’t brushed my teeth in over 10 years. Any Professional dentist Will notice If you haven’t brushed your teeth for over 12 years these people can’t even speak English They will talk to you like they’re nice, but they will talk bad about you in their language. The main doctor and the 1 Assistant suck When you see a dentist place that only has one doctor and one assistant you know that place is sketchy They have two doctors now and I believe two assistance and the new people still suck. These people will and never do their jobs. This place needs to seriously be shut down for the health of others. Not only that they Handed me something that looked like mouthwash Without telling me what it is so I swished it around my mouth And then the ladies were nowhere to be found so I swallowed it when the ladies came back, Over 10 minutes laterthey act like nothing happened because they knew they poisoned me And said I was good to go home. This place is very dangerous. Never bring children here neither yourself Stay safe and go to another professional dentist. I recommend sky dental they have over five doctors and many more assistance located in Pittsburgh. Please help me and get Apollo dental Out of business thank you these people fake their work

Needed an appointment for a minor emergency. They got me scheduled for a half hour after I called and took care of me promptly and efficiently. Recommend highly.

I’ve gotten everything done here from an expander, braces, permanent retainer and an Invisalign. I’ve also gotten cleanings, filling and crowns too. Taking off the expander was a horrible experience here. Nothing was wrong with the braces or permanent retainer until the permanent retainer made my teeth not straight anymore so I had to get the Invisalign to fix it. She’s done ONE filling on me ever. And two out of my 8 crowns I got done this year look horrible, she must’ve been having an off day or something. The two crowns have black marks on them and they are deformed so it makes my mouth feel weird and they look horrible, when I asked her about how unhappy I was with those two she told me there was nothing she could do after she cemented the crown so make sure you see the tooth before she cements it. Meanwhile I also had a rotting tooth, that in her opinion I should leave in my mouth. Come to find out that the rotting tooth is getting into my bloodstream and making me sick. Don’t take your kids here. Please

Apollo Dental Care is THE BEST! I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but when I started going to Apollo Dental, that changed❣ From the front desk to sitting in the dental chair, everyone is so nice. Dr Sue is so gentle and kind. She has a way about her that puts me at ease. She is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I recommend you go to Apollo Dental. You will be glad you did.

The staff is friendly,amazing,and very helpful . They work with you every time . Dr.Sue is very patient and is great at what she does. The whole staff creates a great environment while you are there. I Highly recommend Apollo Dental Care!

I am so happy with Dr. Sue & her amazing staff. Dr. Sue has changed my confidence level. I've been terrified of the dentist for years, finally I wanted to get my teeth fixed. I've had Invisalign for almost a year and I'm so happy with my new smile. Her assistants Melissa & Flor are the perfect fit. I feel more like they are my friends and wanting the best for me! I highly recommend you go & see just what it is they do!!! Best choice I've ever made!

Dr. Sue and her staff are absolutely amazing! After being referred to Dr. Sue by many coworkers, I decided to change dental offices. I sure am glad that I did. Immediately I was made aware of benefits that I was never aware I had before! I have now just finished with my Invisalign, and am so pleased with the results! Dr Sue did an amazing job! From the gentle care, the friendly faces in the office, to the great communication with the front desk, I am sure to stay with Apollo Dental Care. I have since referred many friends, family and clients as well!

I've been coming to Apollo Dental Care on and off for the last 10 years and can only speak highly of the people and experience there. I regrettably don't take sterling care of my teeth (but they're far from horrible), but Dr. Padavettan is the consummate professional and always reassuring and can talk you through whatever issue your having with your mouth or teeth. Even during procedures and checkups, patient care and comfortability is always at the top of the order. Time just slips by and I can't assure you that all the procedures you'll need will be painless but Dr. Padavettan and her staff will do everything they can to make sure it's not as bad as your brain is probably imagining it will be. With all that said give Apollo Dental and Dr. Padavettan a chance. Your teeth and gums will be grateful for your decision.
