I scheduled an emergency appointment because I was experiencing severe dental pain. My appointment was at 4:00 PM, but I wasn't seen until approximately 4:55 PM. By the time I was finally brought back, I was told they had to rush because the office closed at 5:00 PM. I came in hoping for relief and answers, but all that was done were X-rays. My severe pain was largely ignored, and I left without any treatment or meaningful plan to address why I was there in the first place. If an office accepts emergency appointments late in the day, patients should still receive appropriate care instead of feeling rushed because closing time is approaching. I understand offices have business hours, but patients with true dental emergencies deserve compassion, communication, and proper evaluation regardless of the time of their appointment. I left feeling dismissed, still in severe pain, and incredibly disappointed.

I saw Dr.Ton and he was very thorough and explained everything to me, and I can’t forget the front desk. AMAZING and very helpful I’m sorry I’m so bad with names but you know who you are. Definitely will be back.

Friendly staff, fair prices. I was in and out very quickly, and the doctor explained everything in simple terms without making me feel like a little kid. Everything was very clean and well kept also, if you need dental work this is the place to go.
