Three years later and I still have nothing but kudos for BrentCourt Dental Group. I chipped my tooth tonight and I didn't even search for some reason to delay contacting them for an appointment. In the past I would have avoided it at least for a couple days!

I had severe pain that started yesterday and I was in agony all night. I called my dentist and they couldn't get me in until 9/24. That was 16 days...there's no way, I was in such horrible pain. I called BrentCourt Dental Group because my husband goes there. They got me in the next day. I went in and Dr. Charles was super nice! He referred me to Diablo View Endodontics and he and his staff called their office and got me in within 3 hours! I ended up needing a root canal. Had it not been for BrentCourt ensuring that I received care immediately, I would be suffering right now. I'm so thankful that they got me in so quickly and that they got me in to see Dr. Sasthri asap! Thank you Dr. Charles. Needless to say, I will be going here for my dental care from now on!

10 stars!!!! By far the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Charles is amazing. He makes you feel so comfortable and checks on you throughout any procedure. This office is so honest with what is really needed and never tries to force any procedure on you if you don't need it. Dr. Charles is detail orientated and explains everything with great detail. He makes going to any dentist a breeze. The front staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you for always taking care of me! You guys rock!

Just to be honest in the last 10+ years visiting them every time I go there, they get the job done professionally and also, they are always happy with a big welcoming smile. Thanks to all of you working there for doing an outstanding job.

Don't bother if you are a new patient. They won't accept any new patients till maybe next summer. The lady on the phone was polite, so I will give three stars. First time I've ever heard of a dentist refusing new customers.

This revieway have been 3 month overdue, but I need to share how great they are! Definitely 5 stars for Brentcourt Dental Group. I have been going here for a couple of years and came back in for a dental cleaning. Not py do they gove superb service, the staff are genuinely friendly and professional. My dental hygienist was precise and gentle. Dentist was also knowledgeable and open to questions and was able to recommend products and brushing style to take care of my teeth. They are pretty busy given the number of clients that they have but not once did I feel, that the service was rushed, dental hygienist meticulously took her time and she did a great job! Booking an appointment was easy and convenient. I did have to point out though that I tried to book an appointment through their yelp website and they said they may have probably missed it, but it was okay as I was able to give them a quick call and they arranged it all for me and was able to squeeze me in. The clinic is clean and neat, there is also ample parking. And not did I only left feeling clean and great but I was also able to bring home some goodies!

I don't even know where to start. I've had 3 appointments, and from the very first one I was welcomed and treated with care and professionalism. The staff is FANTASTIC! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I didn't ever expect to look forward to going to this Dentist Office so much.
