Brentwood Fairview Dental's Online Review Report Card

I've been coming to Fairview Dental for approximately 8+ years, and have always enjoyed my experience. All of the staff is friendly, and goes above and beyond to make accommodations. Dr. Luu has always made me feel comfortable in his chair and remembered stuff we had talked about at previous appointments. I recently had to get a night guard, and misinterpreted if I would get something for my top and bottom teeth. After spending a lot money on ortho, I was depending on the night guard to hold my bottom & top teeth as my bottom retainer recently broke. When picking up my night guard, it was then clarified I wouldn't get anything for the bottom. After I explained my circumstance, Monica, went above and beyond and gave me a temporary placeholder for my bottom teeth. She didn't have to, but she did. Not that I was planning on going anywhere else anytime soon, but Fairview Dental will remain my go to.

I highly recommend Dr. Lu and the entire team at Fairview Dental. I have been a patient here for over nine years, and I have never had a single bad experience. The staff is professional, caring, and incredibly prompt—they always respect your time and keep appointments running on schedule. Dr. Lu provides outstanding, high-quality care and always ensures you are comfortable. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy dental team, this is the place to go.

When I went to Dr. Luu it was a Friday afternoon close to closing. I showed up with a massive infection in two of my teeth; face swollen like a cartoon bee sting. Within minutes he had a plan set out for me to get me back to health. He told me to show up the next morning moving other appointments to accommodate my situation. He removed the infection not only in the teeth but in my cheek and the infection closing in on my eye. After the technical appointments he had me back to normal. He saved the sight in my Left eye. Repaired the damage in my two teeth and gave me a new pair of implants that work and look amazing. Not only Dr Luu but the entire staff was/is awesome. They made me feel at home and welcomed. Every step was explained to me thoroughly from visits to billing to every procedure that was being performed. The music choice is top notch as well always a high point. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone that needs any dental work to go to Dr Luu and his team.

I got a couple fillings done here and it was the best dental experience I've ever had! No pain at all, everything was explained clearly, and the front desk staff are so sweet. The doctor is very knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend!

I love Dr. Lu and his staff. I hate the dentist. Their team put my dental phobia to rest. I do not like going to the dentists. Panic sets in. HOWEVER, this is a fantastic dentist office in totality. The staff is efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and Dr. Lu is a gentle, kind, straight to the point dentists. Perfect for seniors like myself and my husband. He really liked him to. Thank you Dr. Lu and staff for helping us find a team we can trust to give us the right direction about our oral heath. If you live in the east bay area, we highly recommend them. Fairview Dental made sure I felt comfortable and safe, making sure all of my concerns were heard and educating me on what and why a procedure was needed to be done for my teeth. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I was pretty nervous about my appointment, but they immediately put me at ease. The team was so patient and attentive, constantly checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed about my anxiety. It's rare to find a place where every person you interact with is both highly professional and genuinely compassionate. This office exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone -- especially if you're someone who gets a little nervous about dental visits like I do.
