Called to try and get my husband set up for a TDAP vaccine and was told they dont do that in the office? Usually PCP are the ones to take care of this. How inconvenient!

Dr Ryes on Cortona street behind McDonalds on Balfour is everything you would in a doctor. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to him. He is in his office 5 days a week and and listens to your problems. He really listens and would refer you to another doctor if he thinks you need a specialist. He will take your problem and spends a lot of time discussing it with you Great doctor!!!

One hour fifteen minutes in the waiting room. Over twenty minutes sitting in the examining room. I left without ever seeing the doctor and requested a refund of my copay. This appointment was my first, and last, with this doctor. Apparently this kind of backlog is his norm, according to his staff who would appear to have mastered the art of apologizing for their boss.Dr. Reyes was assigned to me when my employer changed my insurance to a different provider. I researched and discovered that I could have stayed with my previous primary care physician and group. I should have done that research before losing nearly two hours to this unprofessional and inconsiderate doctor. Ive gone back to my previous doc.

Both Drs in this office are terrible. Do not waste your time. Not knowledgeable or considerate. Front desk lady is also very unprofessional. I regretfully gave this place more than one chance. Do not do it.

Dr. Reyes is very professional. I am a nurse and his patient. He listens to you and genuinely wants feedback from you. I dont feel he cares for me but rather that he and I together care for me and together tackle my many health issues. I have referred at least 10 people to him and all love him. Great job Dr. Reyes!!

He is a very nice doctor who is knowledge however he always seems behind schedule and not a little behind, my first appt I waited and hour before even being taken to a room, then another 20 for the doc to come in, the second appointment as soon as I walked in the door I was told he was running 2 hours late I should reschedule, I had waited quite a while for this appointment already so I waited. Today, I was there 30 minutes after my appointment, I walked up and asked what was going on, I was told there were still 2 patients ahead of me. This is simply unprofessional if it was a one time thing, it would be different but this is how his schedule seems to run regularly. I fired him today, went across the street to John Muir Urgent Care and spoke with them upon entering they noticed I was quite sick and took me back to see a doctor right away, 45 minutes before the next appointment they had in the books because they are professionals, Dr. Reyes might want to take a walk across the street and get some training.
