Caitlin Colvard Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Colvard is wonderful. She has been our daughter's pediatrician since she was born just over two years ago. During this time, Dr. Colvard has gone above and beyond. Anytime we have had a concern, she has made herself available to answer our questions -- many times during nights and weekends. During routine visits, she explains things to us very clearly and thoroughly. Best of all, she does it with a smile. Her love for the children and for what she does is very clear. We enthusiastically recommend Dr. Colvard.

We were referred to Dr. Colvard from a dear friend and I have to say she did not disappoint. My boys had a great visit with her. The staff is friendly, our appointment was on time and we got a report of our visit when we checked out.  Dr. Caitlin is our new Pediatrician and we absolutely LOVE her!  She is extremely knowledgeable and addresses all of our questions/concerns with a sensitivity that puts you at ease. She's always informing us of the vaccine schedule and what the next steps are for a growing baby. She spends her time w/ us never making us feel rushed or annoyed for asking questions. I think what sets her apart from other pediatricians is her care for the parents too, asking us how we were adjusting to another baby in the family & how the sibling is adjusting as well. She is definitely one of the better pediatricians that I've been to, and I'd recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a pediatrician.

Dr. Colvard is an EXCELLENT pediatrician. She's warm, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and takes her time with patients. We never feel rushed and always feel incredibly cared for. She provides reassurance in a way that feels authentic and helpful, especially as a new parent. We are so grateful to have her as our twin daughters' doctor!

Went above and beyond. Caring and knowledgeable. Made arrangements to fit my son in last minute. Answered all questions thoroughly and completely. A genuine and caring doctor.

I have to echo Rebecca T's sentiments regarding Dr. Colvard - that first paragraph perfectly describes how we feel about Dr. Colvard.  We have moved around a bit and have had three pediatricians prior to Dr. Colvard (in LA and out of state). There is no question, Dr. Colvard is the best pediatrician we have ever been with.  I interviewed many good pediatricians who were, much like our prior doctors, good but there were always one or two things that maybe could have been better.  After I met with Dr. Colvard, I felt like we found a rare unicorn in the world of medicine - between her bedside manner, her wealth of knowledge, and the practice having sick/well spaces - everything checks out perfectly.  Her staff is also polite and friendly.  We just had our third child and she immediately caught the fact that he was tongue-tied; something a lot of pediatricians don't even check for which can lead to lots of issues in nursing, speech, eating, etc. down the line.  My two older children have been having anxiety lately going to the doctors, and now they are happy to go to Dr. Colvard's.  I recommend Dr. Colvard to everyone and anyone; she's the best!

We were new to town and Dr Colvard was highly recommended. She deserves all the high praise. She has a great bedside manner and my kids actually like going to the doctors for now. She is also very attentive and is quick to answer emails and follow up on any exams.

With any physician, I look for the following elusive combination of traits: good listener, respects the patient and trusts the patient's intuition, strong communicator, comforts without condescension, thorough but efficient, timely, and above all, demonstrates professional skill and knowledge.Dr. Colvard checks all of the boxes.  Moreover, in conversation, she will often cite new studies, child development theories, and even home remedies.  She's on top of her field in a holistic way. Finally, Dr. Colvard is easy to reach and flexible.  She understands a diaper rash can be a big deal and responds quickly, with respect, and with a clear game plan.I highly recommend Dr. Colvard and her practice.

Dr Colvard is my husbands and my ideal pediatrician for our daughter. She is patient with our questions, and gives us thoughtful and helpful responses. As first time parents, she has put us at ease with our little one. We are big fans of her.

Dr. Colvard is a wonderful doctor. She's been our baby's doctor since birth, and she has made us feel very confident as first time parents. She has eased my wife's worries on more than one occasion, and for that, I am eternally grateful. She is very knowledgeable, and we never leave an appointment without all our questions answered. All I can say is, happy wife, happy life, and Dr. Colvard has made my life very easy as a husband and new dad.

As a new mom, one of the most important people in my life was our pediatrician. Dr. Colvard has single-handedly kept me sane in my most panicked of hours. She has an incredible ability to reassure you that your child is in fact just fine, and as a result, I've learned to relax a little and not stress myself, my husband, and my baby out over every last little blotch, bump, or noise. She is extremely thorough, gentle, engaged, and knowledgeable. Her positive and welcoming disposition is exactly what I needed during those colorful post-natal months, and my baby loves seeing her. I don't see any doctor appointment fears in our future. Dr. Colvard is extremely understanding, responsive, and involved in all aspects of my baby's care. Not quite sure what else you'd look for in a pediatrician. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond, look no further!
