Very rude. I called twice and the girl who answered asked to put me on hold. The first time I said yes and sat on , hold until it hung up on me.. so I called back and again , she asked to put me on hold , and when I said no I was just put on hold and hung up on , she puts me on hold anyway , and sends me to voicemail..

I go to the CA Eye Clinic In Brentwood. I have specific eye conditions which require an ophthalmologist for all of my appointments. I’ve never had a problem finding a date and time that fits my schedule. Because of special eye needs that involved passport and DMV forms, including and emergency visit, the staff has been efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. The optical is equally as friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient as I also have special requirements for lenses and frames. This location and its doctors and staff is a win-win for me.

I was highly satisfied and very pleased with the service I received. The staff was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The front desk was very helpful when I went in to pick up my glasses. I 100% recommend! Thank you for the great service :))) I will DEFINITELY be returning!

The front office staff and back office staff are amazing and so kind. They are very willing to go the extra mile to make sure all my questions were answered and feel very welcome. The optician was great with helping me pick out frames and all insurance questions answered. I will recommend my friends and family.

This is not the first time this has happened. I've gone to this office at least two or three times during their posted business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM), and they were closed. I've shown up at 4:20 PM and no one was there. I've also gone at 8:05 AM and they still weren't open. On top of that, they don't return phone calls. It's very frustrating and inconvenient when a medical office is not consistent with their stated hours and doesn't communicate with patients. If you post business hours, they should be accurate and reliable.

My first time in this office & I will be coming back!! I brought a family member here for an appointment and the staff was very attentive and helpful during the whole visit. The front desk staff was polite when approached and easy to communicate with. I believe the girl that helped us was named Jeanette? Our visit went very smooth and made me want to switch my care to this office. Thank you Brentwood California Eye Clinic for the great service (: we will be back!

Dr huff is great I have been seeing him for years, he is always going above and beyond for his patients. April in optical is wonderful she helped me pick my glasses and got them back to me just in time for school.
