Deer Ridge Family Dental's Online Review Report Card

They are horrible about getting health records sent out. I have had to request multiple times for X-ray records and still have not received them. Wasted my time and money going to have to find a new dental office.

I took my 1 year old for an emergency visit.. she chipped her tooth and wanted to make sure all was well. The staff were really kind and patient.. the office is very bright and airy with a ton of children's decor. Can't wait to bring her twin brother. However my 11year old felt as though it were too kiddie for him *eye roll*

Great staff and care. Dr. Sipin and his team know what they're doing, care about what they do and are always nice. Before going to this clinic, I went to a very old school dentist for 10+ years and I felt I was getting all the dental care I needed. While that dentist was very nice and I'm happy with all they did, it wasn't until going to Deer Ridge Family Dental that I realized how outdated my old dentist was. And in Deer Ridge, I received new services (e.g. Deep Cleaning) that I didn't even know about and they taught me a lot about self/daily dental care and I just know that my oral hygiene/teeth has gotten so much better since I became their patient. My kids go here too and they get the same great care.

I use to love this place when it was the old ownership. Since then they add a policy that if you cancel your appointment because your kid is sick they will charge you a $50. We have a son with downs that gets sick out of nowhere. They claim to specialize in helping kids with special needs. That’s a lie. Money hungry!!!!

This place is the best I have been too, the doctor is super cool and Alissa his assistant very sweet and caring. I had a horrible experience before and I hate going so when I came here it totally changed that. I have nasal issues and it's hard for me to breathe so with all those things in my mouth I was having a hard time breathing, they were very understanding and accommodating and helpful getting me through what I needed done. The last place the dentist was rude and mean about me not being able to breathe. Good work and a good staff what more can you ask for.

I always have amazing experiences at Deer Ridge family Dental. The receptionist is always very friendly, and the staff always care about my experience and ensure it is as great as possible. One of the dental technicians Liliana is especially friendly, and gives me advice about my health.

I became a patient here last year. My experience with Dr. Sipin has always been wonderful. However, I would advise caution if you are going to use them for your orthodontic needs. I received a referral last year for Invisalign. After my appointment, I was told I would be contacted with an amended estimate once they verified my insurance. I wasn't eager to do this so when they never contacted me, I didn't follow up. My dental needs have changed, so I now would benefit from Invisalign. I took a second referral with the promise this team is better as a new doctor is heading up the orthodontic practice. I confirmed my own insurance, and they validated that when providing me an estimate. I was optimistic as this felt smooth. I was also told that I could receive a 5% discount for paying in full which was appealing to me. When I arrived for my appointment, imagine my surprise when my bill included a 3% credit card fee. That was not noted on my estimate. I was told they didn't used to do it so the forms haven't been updated to reflect the fee. My decision on how to pay and when to pay would have been different had I known this. I only carry a credit card so was forced to pay the additional fee. It was upsetting and felt like an unfair business practice. It's also not a great way to start this 18 month relationship.

Love love love Dr Sipin! He's been my dentist since I was switched to the adult side and he's has amazing bedside manner, always willing to answer questions and spend the time if needed. Sarah was An amazing hygienist! I loved her conversations me she made me feel comfortable. I've always hated the dentist, but today I no longer!! I enjoyed my visit with deer ridge!

In my opinion this is the best dentist office around. The Deer Ridge Family Dental staff are great and they have helped me get in for appointments that work for my schedule. The hygienists are skilled, they use painless equipment and are efficient with their time. Dr. Sipin has been my go to dentist for years. I'm confident that I am receiving the best care and recommendations for dental hygiene when I visit his office.
