I have 3 kids and I've experienced diff Drs but Dr Zak and Westside Pediatrics are AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, caring, attentive and a delight to be with. My son actually looks forward to our visits. She answers all my questions and takes care of my kiddos like they were her own. I couldn't be any happier

We recently had our first babies, twin girls, and started seeing Dr Zak once we brought them home. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with her and feel so lucky to have found her! She is so kind and addresses all of our first time parent questions no matter how silly they seem. The girls do great with her and she even helps us dress them at the end of the visit if we need it. I can honestly refer anyone I know to her and have full confidence they will be happy with her as well. Having a pediatrician that you trust is so important as a parent and we couldn’t have found anyone we like and trust more than Dr Zak!

Dr Zak has been great for our family.  We had to leave our former pediatrician because he retired.  We found Dr. Zak and she's been lovely.  Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable.  The office itself is also very pleasant. You can come at 8:30 am without an appt for sick visits which we have done and we are in and out. I highly recommend Dr. Zak and this practice.

So many positives. The first is obviously Dr. Zak. So friendly, so knowledgeable. We never feel rushed. She answers all of our questions and is very thorough. Our baby loves her, and she spends time playing and interacting with him (my guess is this is to see how he reacts and make sure he's hitting milestones). When you have your first visit she provides an onboarding documents afterwards that we found super helpful. Just a very positive experience.Staff is very friendly. We never have to wait. We get taken back right at our appointment time. Super clean and modern office. Even the parking attendant is awesome. I forgot to bring cash once, and he just waved his hand and said don't worry about it. When I tried to pay him back on the next visit, he wouldn't take our money!

Dr. Zak has been a wonderful pediatrician to our 18 month old boy! She is equal parts caring, compassionate, experienced, knowledgeable, and adept. Her practice is well run and she is ideal physician for infants - available to us at all hours and extremely well managed. I can unequivocally recommend dr. Zak to any parent looking for the foremost care for their kids.

Dr. Zak is seriously the best! When my son was born, we ended up going to my childhood pediatrician and it wasn't a good fit.  I had so much anxiety in my search for a caring, up to date, loving, easily accessible and highly knowledgeable pediatrician for my first born - Dr. Zak was the jackpot for us!!! She is always a text message or phone call away no matter what time it is - which as a parent, what else could you ask for? Also, my son love love loves her! My son was in the 3 percentile of weight (due to the misinformation we received from our prior pediatrician and behind on shots)..Dr. Zak consoled and held my hand through the whole process. She even called my hubby once to tell him that being a new mom is tough and he needs to really take good care of me :) she is a lifesaver and I'm excited to have her as our pediatrician for baby #2 due in June!!! She's also very laid back if you want to space out vaccinations - no pressure, which is ideal for us. The practice is wonderful. Thank you Dr. Zak!!! We're blessed to have you.
