Please dont go there they dont care unless your about to die they Will do something to you .I took my son very
Unfortunately I have used this facility numerous times before to a great satisfaction until today. The doctor attending today was totally heartless. He was a cold pitiful individual who show little compassion for the circumstances. My wife was extremely disappointed in how he showed zero concern for fulfilling his service and was definitely only concerned in collecting a fee. There are big holes in the medical system and we need courageous providers to lead us to a better management of the services.Unfortunately we met with money hungry heartless individual.
Worst customer service ever
Went to get my covid shot and I was the first one there with an appointment. People was arriving after me but going before and I ask why have a I been here an hour and havent nobody seen me. Let me see was her response. Well now America can see one reason blacks dont get the shot they dont wanna give it to us
Working in retail I tend not to complain. With this said I had to write a review about my experience tonight. After I couldnt be seen by my doctor today because of the fact he was exposed to covid I booked an appointment for 8pm at John Muir urgent care in Brentwood. I was early and they took me to my room by 755. At 905 5 minutes after closing I came out of my room to the doctor and two nurses who were joking about have few patients they had seen today and the doctor clearly said he didnt care. Obviously not realizing that I was standing there and most likely not realizing they had forgot me in the room. Because of the unprofessionalism I asked if I left if would I still be charged for the appointment. John Muir always disappoints. Doesnt matter how many improvements and remodels are made you cant teach Doctors or staff to care.
Calling in for anything is torture.
I went here for TB test my doctor ordered for blood drawn tb test the LabCorps performed two times due to their error results and I don’t know why and the doctor wants me to do it again for the third times and he ordered it for skin test at this time why not on the first time I feel like I’m being used for experimenting for the new blood drawn tb test I could understand if on the first test it came back error but not for the second time LabCorps don’t know what their doing. I want to give a zero star on this clinic.
HORRIBLE experience. I dont ever come to the Brentwood urgent care but due to my circumstances the soonest available appointment was in Brentwood. I was assigned Dr.Schegolev for my appointment during my visit I explained to him my concerns and he completely invalidated my feelings and made me feel as if my pain wasnt a big deal. I came here to speak to a doctor who would understand and explain the reasons for my problem. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER No empathy at all.
I have been here a few times. I feel that they were great and diagnosed everything correct. From my trigger finger the Xray that was administered and my kidney issues. The staff is so polite. If I am in a situation where I need urgent care this is my place.
Called to make an appointment and I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone on the phone. Been a patient of John Muir for 15+ years and was referred by my doctor to go to this location and ended up having to go somewhere else. Its a challenging time for everyone and if a patient is scheduling an urgent care appointment clearly something isnt okay and shouldnt be treated so horribly over the phone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
