Lone Tree Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

Last week I was in for my semiannual cleaning and check up. As I now live in San Francisco the front office always gives my preferred time of midweek and mid morning to make sure I can get in and back out in time to beat traffic. So it has been for the last 40 plus years. Dr. Leong is the only dentist I have ever had. During my time in the Army I still came home to see him as I saw any dental care other than his as subpar. When I was without dental care for several years he always had creative options for me to address the costs. As a boy he extended deferred payments to my single mom. He also happens to be a superlative DDS. When I needed veneers that would have put me over my plan allowance HE MADE THEM HIMSELF ( still chomping on them many years later ). I appreciate that he encourages adjustments to my tooth care routine without making me feel as if I'm being berated. The hygienist team is pleasant and the front office is great about scheduling and reminding me about appointments ( sorry I never answer). There is however one concern. The Doc is getting up there in years and I have been thinking about what I will do when he retires. Fortunately Dr. Reyes joined the team a few years back and based upon the excellent experiences I have had with her I will be making the trek out to the East Bay twice per year for years to come.

Dr. Reyes has the rudest attitude that I have ever experienced with any dentist, and I have seen way too many dentist in my lifetime due to constant issues with my periodontal disease. She doesn't listen to my concerns and just talks over me whenever she doesn't want to hear my concerns. Dr. Leong, is also rude like another reviewer had commented about him. He and his daughter (Victoria) would constantly try to nickel and dime me even after spending tens of thousands with them. My temps had fallen off soon after leaving the office and they said it was my fault for eating hard food. It fell off while I was talking, not eating! My teeth were not cleaned thoroughly (told to me by my endodontist after doing Xrays with him) right after Dr. Reyes had cleaned my teeth here. These 2 dentists are just awful and after seeing them for several years (due to convenience and close proximity to my home), I've had enough and decided to find a new dentist Theres just so many things wrong with these guys, so avoid at all cost! You'll thank me later.

Lone Tree Dentistry was there for me during a dental emergency the Monday before Thanksgiving. Their team was caring and non judgmental. I was seen within 30 minutes of calling them. They were so kind and calming during my visit. Dr. Leong made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure and even called me the next day to check in. I was so impressed with their family like atmosphere and friendliness of the staff, I made the switch to them as my permanent dentist office. I'd highly recommend them. They are efficient, kind and experienced (and were taking on new patients at the time I visited.) Convenient location on Lone Tree with plenty of parking. I'm so happy I found them during my time of need and grateful for their experience and support on a holiday week.

Just came out of there. The ladies who work there are awesome. I love them all and appreciate all the work they do. If you need to see a dentist, you should go to this place. They’re the best.

Had a wonderful experience at Long Tree Dentist with my family! We were especially looking for a good dentist for our kids, who had some tough experiences in the past. Dr. Reyes was amazing—she spoke kindly to the kids, made them feel safe, and completely changed how they feel about going to the dentist. It was such a relief as a parent to see them so comfortable. We’re truly grateful for the care we received and so glad we found Long Tree Dentist. Highly recommend to any families looking for a thoughtful and professional dental experience!

I've been going here for years and they have given me and my family the best, most honest care over the years. Everyone is very personable and caring. They listen to what I ask for and never try to upsell and are always willing to work within my budget. Thank you guys for all you do!
