Simply put, Dr. Zakheim is the best in the business! If you want to be diagnosed properly, from a doctor with a great bedside manner and professionalism, then make your way to the Brentwood office (I've only been to the Brentwood office).

Dr. Zakhieim and his team were a delight during my recent visit for an eye examination and to obtain a new pair of glasses. Veronica was very patient and understanding of my quandary in deciding which color of rims looked best. She promptly followed through on each step of the process of interacting with my insurance carrier. When the insurance company over paid $21 Veronica probably had a check issued.The office has all of the up-to-date technological equipment to test and diagnose Issues with eye site. I can highly recommend Brentwood Optometrix and I trust you will enjoy the experience yes I did.

Beautiful, high end showroom with some of the nicest employees. They were kind enough to look at my reading glasses, which I had picked up at lensecrafters a week ago. Already 3 screws had fallen off the new glasses. These fine folks, not only put new screws in, tightened all the others, and refused to charge me. Beautiful people....they will get my future business. I hope they take L.A. City Employees Insurance.

Such a friendly and helpful staff. And Dr. Zakheim, without complaint, took a lot of time with me to test, measure, diagnose and explain my unique needs. The result? They made me a wonderfully functional pair of bifocals for computer and up-close reading, which was somewhat tricky to do. Thank you, thank you!

The place seems nice enough. One of the associates is quite rude and condescending, which is a shame, because the others seem really nice. When asked what the frames are made of, I didn't expect her to arrogantly answer "metal". Maybe because I came from the gym and wasn't dressed well, she thought I was poor and/or stupid.

By far the best eye exam I've ever had.I was here for a LASIK consultation and the staff and Dr. Zakheim were very friendly and professional. The doctor provided the most in depth, understandable, and accurate assessment of my vision I have ever received. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Zakheim hands down is my favorite Dr of all Drs. I have been going to him for my eye care for 13 years now. I don't need glasses at all and have great vision even at 41! End of day his team welcomes me with warmth and Dr. Zakheim always spends quality time with me to review my life since my prior year visit. He is relatable and never once has tried to sell me products I clearly don't need at this time in my life. I appreciate his feedback and the fact that he monitors me closely since glaucoma runs in my family and can be a silent creeper of a disease. Thank you Dr. Zakheim and team. Best eye doctor on the planet! The Brentwood office is fantastic, friendliest staff, especially Ralph! They also have a beautiful selection of glasses.
