They did an amazing job fixing my chipped tooth. The whole team was professional, patient, and really took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. You can tell they care about doing it right the first time, not rushing through the work. The results came out beautiful and I'm very happy with how my teeth look now. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental work.

My details are fine and I didn’t understand the review with 1 star there. They have been fantastic so far. They have made Changes in appts when they shouldn’t have. The Doctor has been so nice to me and so far a 5 Star or high rating as I didn’t understand the 1 star already there! They have been great as we are half way through the procedure!!! Richard Wohl

It took me years to finally muster a review, reminding daily in the mirror what this "dentist" cost me. I had a slight discoloration to my gaped tooth; all I needed fixed was a a new laminate bonding. Dr. Benhamou took a saw to my tooth , filing away the enamel to a nub, only to leave me to get me a veneer! There was nothing wrong with my tooth to gile away at enamel, and what I asked for was bonding! He put on the veneer and it didn't even fit!! I was left with a messed up smile because of his lack of sense. Costing me to go back and get more work done to make even with the rest of my teeth. This so-called dentist did not listen from the start in many elements with my mouth. My once Hollywood Smile is now short a real tooth because of this quack, and Im reminded daily. Take it from me, do not fall for the trap of a $100 off flyer I the mail as you will be missing a good solid tooth for his mistake.

I'm sharing my experience because I don't want anyone else to go through the same frustration I did. I found this office on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I had an appointment was in December 2024, which was supposed to be my second cleaning of the year (covered by insurance). The morning of the appointment it was canceled due to the hygienist being ill. I understand emergencies happen, but this left me unable to get my final cleaning of the year and as a single mom, I had already paid for a sitter that day. I decided to give the office another chance and rescheduled for April 2025. The night before that appointment, it was canceled again, leaving me with yet another sitter fee. This time I was told it was because I "needed a deep cleaning" (two 1.5‑hour appointments at $130 each co-pay). I explained I couldn't afford that right now and just wanted a regular cleaning covered by insurance until I could save up for the deep cleaning, but I was told it was better to wait. This made no sense, any cleaning is better than none. To make matters worse, my children were patients here and were always told everything looked fine. After being referred to a pediatric dentist, I learned that was not the case at all. Two of my kids needed significant work, four appointments each, including one root canal, due to issues that had been missed. The pediatric dentist stated this was a result of a lack of care from the prior office. Lastly, when I would try to book follow‑ups and explained I would call later due to being a single mom and can't just do things on the fly, the staff's reaction felt cold and dismissive. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking thorough, understanding, and patient‑focused care.

Absolutely love coming here foe routine check ups. Very professional and super nice! Everyone is welcoming! Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Dr. Benhamou is a top notch exceptional dentist! He has an excellent bedside manner, performs great work and has the expertise in the field. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a dentist. He's done fillings and crowns for me and I trust him and know I'm in great hands!

Everyone is so extremely friendly here! They make me feel comfortable every time and make sure I am at ease any time I am in their chair. I appreciate the care they have for their patients and would recommend them to everyone.

I moved back to the Bay Area last year and started seeing Dr Tracy Benhamou and staff primarily for teeth cleanings. I had a considerable amount of restorative work done by my prior dentist about two years ago. One of my crowns failed and Dr Benhamou was nice enough to consult with my prior dentist to develop a game plan. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and friendliness at Oak Family Dental. Great service and people!!

Kind, accommodating, professional, funny, what more can one ask?! My son has autism, and is in a wheelchair, and has the typical fears of the dentist—the doc and his assistant were absolutely stellar humans, and made my son feel most welcome and heard. Highly recommended!
