I had an amazing experience here! From the front desk to the medical assistant and doctor. They were beyond helpful and nice. I was in and out quicker than I ever thought. I went in with swimmers ear and they quickly resolved my problem. I really can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend it here!

My mother rushed to this location this morning because her symptoms had gotten progressively worse this past week. I am so grateful for all the staff that attended to her today especially NP Ziba, I appreciate all your efforts to help my mom recuperate quickly ❤️

Visited on 10/2/23 15:35 hrs. Every one of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and they got me in right away. Nurses and doctors seemed very knowledgeable and attentative to what I said. If I ever need to go to Urgent Care again, I hope it's here!

I came here to get antibiotics for my sinus infection & I was told I need to take a covid test. I just moved here from Washington so my insurance doesn’t cross state lines. I told them I’m not paying out of pocket for a covid test when I don’t have any symptoms of covid and I took a test at home already. So when I refused to take a covid test already knowing I’m negative, as a 20 year old trying to save money I was denied healthcare. Even if the test was free I am able to deny ANY medical procedure. So I guess freedom isn’t a thing for this urgent care. I went to John Muir instead and had no issues.
