I recently went to Urgent care for the first time and was very happy with the care provided. I was met outside and taken in to an exam room with no waiting. The LVN was kind and compassionate while taking my history and vitals. The NP Chris was gentle and kind also. He called in my new prescription and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes! I'm so glad this service has come to the Valley!

Front desk medical assistant Brandy was horrible! My son has a bad cough so I took him to be seen, keep in mind he is a four year old CHILD! I called first to explain that he was on antibiotics for a tooth infection but has developed a cough and I wanted to have him seen. She puts me on hold then tells me to go to the dentist. It is Sunday! I told her I wanted him seen for the cough not the tooth, so she told me a cough is a sign of Covid and they won't see him. I call the cottage emergency room and they informed me that urgent care has to take walk ins. I show up and BRANDY comes outside Immediately knowing that it was me that called asked me my son symptoms once again refuses to see him and tries to tell me that they are booked up for the day. I called college emergency room again, told them the situation they not only excepted in my four year old son into the emergency room, but they called and made a complaint for me. So if you are looking for help and friendly people I definitely advise you to go to the emergency room instead. Apparently medical assistant Brandy has all the power and refusing people and making judgment calls. The emergency room also informed me that I wasn't the only person that was refused to be seen!

I have never been to a urgent care facility with such a caring staff. Lara and Kristen are super stars, and should be recognized as such. They deserve a raise. I recommended them to my parents and friends. I am grateful for a great experience during my time of need.
