I’ve been here a few times now and the entire staff is always super nice and polite. Alondra has taken me in for vitals twice now and she’s the absolute sweetest, she is so caring and goes above and beyond to provide great patient care. The x-ray tech is also super nice and funny.

Just to edit, I am not sure if it was a wait time of hour and 30 min. However, I do know that we waited a long time. And also, my brother said he was sick to the woman in front, and she seemed to respond in a sarcastic manner with her question. And also I remember that the staff was nice to us. They were immature and rude at times. That is why I want to give 1 star.

Got an appointment at 1:45 Doctor seemed extremely rushed which I understand, but RUSHED to check my back and did not ask about the second reason why I came in. The nurse came back only for me to tell them that they've only addressed 1 of the 2 issues I had Was told I would have 3 different prescriptions, and only 2 got fulfilled. After calling back and forth, now 5:45, the clinic is now telling me that the doctor told me to get over the counter medication when the receptionist specifically told me they were waiting for the topical steroid to be sent to my pharmacist. Receptionists are nice Doctor seemed not to care Service checks out given it's an urgent care

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled that was confirmed for 2:30. I then get a text stating that my appointment time was pushed back another 15 minutes which I was okay with. By this time I was already on the way, I was refused to be seen by the time I arrived and I was commuting from far away. This appointment was a serious matter, and I had to take time off from work. I'm extremely disappointed at how unprofessional this facility is along with its staff. I will not be returning nor recommending this place.

Location is always clean, emtpy and staff is nice but your waiting time just to be seen is ridiculous. I had 2am apt, checked in at 140pm and as 310 still havnt seen a dr.
