Extremely rude, 0 stars. When I was calling them for my appointment and had a few questions to ask, the lady gave me ZERO help, being absolutely rude, and hung up the phone.

Absolutely terrible…might as well have literally no one working the front desk area…these women are rude and zero help…I arrived early and checked in…a while later the “receptionist” asked for my referral…this is my second visit for the same issue on the original referral…she then tells me I need an additional referral and she can’t help me…I need to call my doctor…I asked why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I asked if I needed another one when I was making the appointment…she said she didn’t know…not the right answer!!! I’m actually giving 0 stars! Wish I had read the reviews before hand. Seems like this office has a reputation for giving out wrong information. I had an appointment today for the 1st time with this office. I called this morning at exactly 10:23 a.m to confirm my appt time. I was told by a young lady that my appointment was at 12 pm and to arrive at 11:45 for check in. I arrived around 11:45 but ended up lost. Called back and asked for directions and was told wrong directions about how to get there. So finally at 11:53 I find the entrance and go to check in. I give my name to the lady up front and she looks at her watch and says “ you’re late” from there I apologized and said it was because I got lost. She then laughs and says “ hahaha you got lost for an hour?” So, confused I asked her what she meant by her joke. From there she says my appt was at 11. I told her it couldn’t be and showed her the call I made to confirm my appt time. She said that no one in their office ever spoke to me but yet she confirmed that the number I called at 10:23 was in fact their office number. She then brings out the asst manager MARIA who says that they messed up but didn’t know who answered the phone and didn’t know why they told me to come at 12. Turns out they only have 1 MRI machine and the tech was already gone for the day. She then tells me that there’s nothing they can do for me to drive to another location further out, which I had no intention to do at all. I also asked her about the misdirection and why I was told to come at 12 and she had no explanation as to why. She said they don’t know who answers the phones and have no control over it. I ended up speaking to her regional manager to resolve this issue because this clinic did nothing but mess up and not take any type of responsibility. They seriously need to be reevaluated because based of the multiple reviews I’ve read, this isn’t the 1st time they’ve done this to patients. Will definitely be letting my dr know to not refer any further patients out. Terrible 1st experience. If I can’t trust you to get my appt time correct and give out correct info, how can I trust that you’ll do an MRI correctly and give out correct results?I’m actually giving 0 stars! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. even negative. Horrible staff (specially receptionist) probably due to the rude manager. Got told a wrong time and came in to find out I wasn't able to do what I needed to do. This is a medical facility in which people with REAL needs that need to be done come here for. Disorganized...every time I have been here it has been the run around, Although the orders are sent electronically, they always ask for orders and act like it is a problem when you don't have them. No matter what time of day, there is always a long wait.

Wow! I been to this Imaging center for about 3 years. Dr chun at Optum has referred me for all my imaging exams with them and not had 1 complaint towards them. Staff have been very helpful and kind . Why do people like going on here and lie!! Mammogram technician and xray male are awesome. Best mammogram experience ever. Technician made my exam go smoothly with no pain. Appreciate every single staff working through pandemic

I cannot say this loud enough DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!  Read the bad reviews; and those are just from people who actually took the time to write something.  I was scheduled for an open MRI because I am extremely claustrophobic.  I arrived 15 minutes early and waited several minutes before the lone receptionist finally turned around in his chair and walked over to give me a clip board.  It was a Saturday and no other patients around. When I was called in, the man called out my name (Um, I was the ONLY person sitting in the lobby), so I got up to follow him.  He instructed me to change, etc. When I saw the open MRI machine I started to panic a bit, but figured "I could do this"... until he had me lay down and then proceeded to clamp something onto the head piece where my head was.  I jumped up and started to cry, telling him I am claustrophobic and didn't think I could "do this".  His response "I'm claustrophobic, too."  And then he said "It's is in your mind and nothing that physically hurts you."  By now I am sobbing.  He leaves the room, returns with a Styrofoam cup of water, which I refused as I am sobbing.  Then he tells me "just go".  I responded with "you aren't very empathetic" and he said rudely "I knew you were going to say that."  I told him I was going to report him for being so rude.  I left, got dressed, and then told the lone receptionist that I was leaving because the technician is a jerk and rude.  I was trapped in a flipped over car accident and suffer PTSD.  This place is HORRIBLE!  If you need an MRI, go to another location.  The receptionist told me the employee's name is "OBI"... he needs to find another job where he doesn't need empathy... maybe something where he doesn't interact with people as he is SO RUDE!
