I am a patient with extreme fear of the dentist. Usually I have to be medicated and dragged to the chair. But I had an emergency when my dental implant crown (done by a periodontist years ago) fell out the day before my vacation. I was able to schedule a next-day emergency appointment. I was so nervous going in, but all the front desk staff were super friendly. The office was buzzing with customers and staff, so it put me at ease knowing it was a popular spot. The woman at the front desk was so kind, she even called my insurance when we realised I needed to adjust something and got it all squared away before I even saw the dentist. Dr. Chavez was so friendly and really accommodating. She let me know what she was doing at each step and checked in with me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. I haven't ever experienced such a friendly, welcoming dentist before. I haven't seen a dentist in 6 years, and now I've happily made an appointment for a full check up in a few weeks and don't even feel nervous about it! If you are a fearful patient, I highly recommend Dr. Chavez.

I have an extreme dental phobia and the only thing that truly helps is having a dentist who listens and is attentive to my needs. I just received my first treatment from Dr. Chavez and feel so much gratitude for her caring, compassionate and thorough care. Thank you, Dr. Chavez!
