Cynthia Thaik's Online Review Report Card

I'm grateful to have found Dr. Thaik when I was referred to a cardiologist. She takes all these different factors into account, from sequencing your appointments and tests to what your insurance covers, to analyzing what you tell her about your lifestyle and family history to providing thoughtful treatment recommendations that leverage all her experience and expertise for your best outcomes. She and her staff are kind and responsive, I really appreciate the excellent care.

Dr. Thaik and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Thaik is very caring, I know that I am in good hands. I appreciate her calm manner, I feel at ease with her. The staff is very friendly and professional. I am so grateful to have found this office.

We were interrupted 4 times 2 from staff and 2 from her kids calling, ok, it happens...BUT then, she tells ME to hurry up, excuse me? Looking thru my info, her very first question to me was what did you put in your keyword search to find me? She didn't like or know about the med I was on, knocking it because it was old?? It was from my at the time cardiologist from Cedars Sinai who could've been her teacher!! She tells me to have an invasive procedure before it turns into something worse. I went back and asked my doc and he said no, it wouldn't necessarily turn into that. I wanted to wait and see...years later, I am off even the med she didn't like and so far, fine Do you think I went back to her again? Been wanting to write this for a while to share my opinion.

I visited Dr. Thaik today. She seemed well knowledgeable and very professional and very interested to help. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because I’ve only seen her once and it’s still early on with my diagnosis. But she listened to me and said she will help, which is very comforting. She took time and listened to me.

Incredibly kind and thoughtful ladies working up front and in the back running the tests. I love and appreciate the attention and focus of Dr. Thaik. She really cares about all aspects of healing and has exemplary knowledge and a profound understanding of what real health means. So happy to have found her office and feels great to be in is such good hands. I don’t normally write many reviews, but when you find people who care and are brilliant at what they do, you have to spread the word!!

I was very impressed with Dr. Thaik. She cares and is holistic in her approach to the wellbeing and health of her patients.

Friendly staff. Clean place. I have a long history of high cholesterol and heart problems. Dr. Cynthia Thaik did a stress echocardiogram and recommends a few things to reduce my high blood sugar and high cholesterol. She patiently listened to my comments / doubts and answered all my questions about my heart problems clearly.Dr. Cynthia Thaik is the best and most friendly doctor I have ever met. I recommend Dr. Cynthia Thaik to check the health of your heart

This was an appointment for a test.. The front office staff were professional, friendly. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I knew what to expect and was comfortable. It was only 15 minutes but she explained everything well and kept me updated throughout the whole procedure. Subsequent apts when I actually saw the doctor were a nightmare leaving me totally traumatized and in tears and that is bit me at all.

Dr Thaik covered so many of the questions and issues that I was concerned about. She seems extremely knowledgeable about not only the heart but also how other medical issues can effect heart function and lead to an overall better quality of life. If you haven't read her book yet I strongly recommending it too!

Dr. Thaik, her fellow practitioners, and staff at this location are great, they seem to be knowlageable and know what they are doing. They give good medical advice. My only complaint might be their punctuality. More often than not I've showed up or made myself available at an appointed time only to have to wait 5-15mins for staff to show up or become available. This leaves the patient feeling short changed especially when the practitioner does not give you that time back on the end of your appointment, instead insisting they have another appointment to make.
