Good fella. He’s pretty smart I would say

I saw Franc for musculo system problem. My obliques/ transversus had shut down after having a serious injury to my abdomen, abdominal wall, and chest wall. His assistant was great, took all my info, at least pretended to care. When I told Franc about the problem I was having, he insultingly ran a pen along my skin, asked if I could feel it, and dismissed everything I had told him after I said yes. He refused to give me an EMG test that I still feel I need. I have since gotten MRi's and US's to justify the damage is there, and caring thoughtful consideration would've been welcomed. He did neither. He was dancing around like he had to go the bathroom badly and I felt rushed out of his office. I am now suffering horrible spasms all over my body. What an imbecile.

Went to see for neuromuscular issues from injury. Insultingly ran a pen across my skin, asked if I could feel it, and said I was fine when I said yes. Gave lengthy talk which sounded like pure gaslighting. I ultimately had my issues diagnosed and imaging confirms damage and defect to that part of my body. Useless doctor.

Prescribes my mother who is an addict pills way beyond her means. & I have called him before pleading with his office yet he does nothing about it.

Great office-,super friendly & helpful Dr Franc is kind compassionate & so knowledgeable - He cares about his patients. I highly recommend him !

We just visited this doctor for one our family member. He is the most caring, informative, brilliant neurologist. He is saving lives , helping his patients with every aspect of their general health . His front desk staff, his assistant, everyone is so wonderful. There is so much more to say but would like to keep it short and want to respect patient privacy. If you are looking for a neurologist, don't waste your time and let your health suffer else where .

Idk where to even start. I literally love this place and everything that comes with it. I've had nothing but great experiences with everyone that works with him as well as Dr Franc. All of the therapists I've dealt with are top notch and they're very good at what they do! Thank you guys so much for everything !!!

It was excellent. He took time, interest, asked questions, made recommendations of what paths I can take, and is helping me follow through, ordered meds from my pharmacy on his laptop, so I didn’t have to wait! . I had complete confidence in his knowledge. He empathized with me….rare bird.

I am very impressed with this office staff and the Doctor.Dr. D Franc spent time explaining as well as educating us.The office staff is extremely competent, organized and pleasant. I do recommend

My mother was displaying an extreme change in personality with OCD type behaviors that were totally abnormal for her. We took her to see Dr Franc and after talking to her for awhile and asking some questions he said it was just depression coupled with age, so he prescribed Prozac. My sister and I stated that this was not simply depression, it was a complete change in her personality and would he please do blood work and schedule an MRI. He begrudgingly agreed to these tests but stated "I will do the MRI but we won't find anything". A couple of days later he phoned my sister to say my mother needed to see a specialist (malignant brain tumor). He could have treated this as a learning experience and apologized for being so dismissive of us but he did not. He never acknowledged that there might have been a better to way to handle the situation nor did he ever call to find out how she was doing. While her outcome wouldn't have changed for someone else early detection could be lifesaving.
