Fix Me Up Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I should've written this review a long time ago, but honestly, I think I didn't because the experience made me feel really bad about myself. I had come here multiple times for laser hair removal, and everything seemed fine until my last visit. Right after I finished my session and walked out of the room, I overheard the nurse who did my treatment whisper to the receptionist, "Shhh, she's coming," like they had been talking about me. My heart just dropped. It reminded me of how it felt to be picked on by girls when I was younger. It sucks because people come to places like this to help fix some of their insecurities and feel better about themselves. The last thing you'd expect is to be made to feel worse especially by the staff. I was always polite and had been coming regularly, so to be talked about like that behind my back was really upsetting. I never went back after that and honestly wouldn't recommend this place. I hope the people involved aren't working there anymore, because no one deserves to be treated like that. Imagine getting talked shit about then having to pay that establishment after treatment...never again..

I just want to update my review , after my experience I did get a call back from the manager she was so nice. However I didn't catch her name but she told me they would try to fix my lips and make sure I was satisfied free of charge . I had my apt today with a different nurse named Ellen , she also was so sweet . I felt like she was genuine explaining the process and what would look good and what not. I felt comfortable with her and I will definitely be going back in the future and continue enhancing things here and there. Thank you once again for reaching out and making it right

When I first moved to LA this medspa did my Botox/dysport and I loved it. The last time I visited my Botox/dysport wore off less than two months. I hate it when providers give a lecture about other factors that can cause this to happen. This is the first time it's ever happened so I went to another medspa and my treatment held up the way it was suppose to. Not sure what happened here but I won't be back.
