Dr Ashley and his staff are excellent! He always takes time with me, he listens and explains things so clearly. I know exactly what he is doing and he guides me along the way when I'm having a procedure. I have a history of basal cells and he is a top notch professional! A huge shout out to him and everyone at Skin and Beauty Center, Burbank. 5 stars!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ashley’s for 25 years and wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else for my dermatology needs. He is the best. I completely trust his advice and treatment. His knowledge is flawless. He is also kind and gives his complete attention to whom ever he is treating. My trust in him is truly a blessing.

Dr Ashley is amazing! I have had a skin rash for many years and he is the first dermatologist that figured out how to treat it! He is very precise and knows what treatment will work best!

My experience here was awful. I wanted some skin tags removed. I asked about some topical anesthetic and Dr. Ashley dismissed the whole thing ' they don't work '. The front office staff though quite pleasant, messed my appointment up. Anyway all was sorted I went to my appointment today and the Dr.Jeffrey was unkind and impatient. Was told after he removed tags, he was going to do no more because I needed a topical. What??? The nurse then informs me only 10 tags are removed per session. Only 7 were removed. This information was never revealed to me before the fact. He never gave me any ointment to manage the pain , which is quite unbearable after the fact.

So disappointed I'm going to find another doctor. I saw Dr. Ashely several years ago with he was in private practice and was very impressed. He took his time, was thorough and engaged. However, he is now part of a group. I went recently, for another minor issue, and was raced through with little to no help as though he couldn't be bothered. Didn't even take the time to do a small examination of my body, which I was expecting since it had been several years since my last exam.
