I've had a couple of appointments here and I find the service to be very good. Dr. Manoukian I found to be very courteous and attentive, and he made a point to communicate things very clearly and was eager to answer questions. He handled things swiftly, but I did not feel rushed. The staff were pretty good. They are not overly friendly but they were adequately courteous. I was always a 5-15 mins early for my appointments and each time they got me in right on time, without any additional wait time. I would definitely recommend this office.
Most professional, educational and efficient medical visit I've experienced in a few years. The staff provides clear and positive expectations and instructions. The Dr is respectful, solution focused and thorough -- great at answering questions and providing context and options. Grateful I found this place and these people. Real problems solving and present mindedness and care. Both zoom and in person visits have been positive experiences and progress has been made where my past doctors got stuck. Hope is here! Thank you!
It was a great experience. Dr. Manoukian gave me plenty of time to listen to my medical issues. He then prescribed a treatment that has greatly improved my medical condition. Thanks Doc!!!
I've been seeing Dr. Manoukian since 2019 and he and his office staff have been nothing but friendly and attentive. Dr. Manoukian takes his time to listen to your concerns and is willing to work with you to find the best solution possible. Thanks to the allergy shots I got I no longer have a cat allergy and was able to get a cat!
Dr. Manoukian is the very best. I've had so many allergists over the years because I'm a life long asthmatic. He has finally got my asthma under control. He explains everything and is very conscientious about what he prescribes and the effects on the whole body. His office staff and PAs are also very organized, efficient and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Manoukian.
Dr Manoukian is a great Dr. I came down with an awful case of daily chronic full body hives. Nothing was working and I was miserable. Although it took a while to get everything under control (just the nature of the disease) I am now going on 8 months of normal after following his care plan.

I've had chronic allergies for over 10 years and lost count of the # of doctors I've seen. But, I'm very impressed with Dr. Manoukian and team-I've never had such great care! Scheduling process is easy, and the team is nice and helpful. Dr. Manoukian was sweet, patient, and took the time to listen + explain everything (as someone who's symptoms are usually dismissed, this was so refreshing). He also reviewed my insurance/co-payments with me - wow, that's a first! I've never had a doctor talk about insurance with me during a visit (& I've had my fair share of dr's visits). Really impressed. I'm excited and relieved that I finally found a good allergy doctor. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone!
I was treated beyond atrociously by Manoukian and will be filing a medical lawsuit against him. My disease is continuing to progress and he has literally abandoned me when I need him the most. I have a serious and chronic disease (likely MCAS) which he has dismissed for months as likely being just "hives and uticaria" although he HAS acknowledged that it may be much more serious. Things were not improving with the antihistamine routine he assigned me, but I was on my way to finally trying Xolair. At first the clinic seemed decent and although I was looking around for an MCAS specialist, I decided to stick it out here first. However, at the beginning of last month, I suffered emotional trauma and a drug reaction and my disease suddenly flared dramatically. I was completely unstabilized and going downhill rapidly. This has serious ramifications as every flare permanently worsens my condition and affects my quality of life. I became so sensitized that I was reacting and flaring to my MEDICATIONS. I notified the office immediately and they all but ignored me for weeks. I begged them to let me see ANYONE in their office immediately but to no avail. They treated my concerns as a nuisance. Finally after being ignored and completely unmedicated for weeks, he pulls me into his office just to tell me I have mental health issues and I need to go to tertiary care because "he doesn't have all the answers". I describe to him the events that led to this new development and he completely dismissed me in the most condescending way possible with zero interest. When I started asking about what the fuck I'm going to do in the MEANWHILE and all the questions related to my condition he literally looks and me and says maybe your insurance will approve two desloradatines" then tells me he has other patients to after coming in late. He is that disrespectful. You motherfucking idiot, my entire issue is that I'm so sensitized that I'm reacting to the medications. When I pointed this out, he completely and rudely shrugged me off. Krikor Manoukian knows 100% well that I will never set foot in teritary care with my insurance. He's pointed out that my medical group may not allow xolair let alone an extended fucking hospital stay at a world class research hospital. He was ringing his hands nervously and not able to maintain eye contact the entire appointment. He is a man who doesn't know his patient's medication routine but knows their insurance. I see all these posts describing how attentive, how meticulous, how above and beyond he will go to the point of calling and comforting a patient for a non-related issue and I'm beyond shocked and appalled. It's obvious these people have better insurance and more money. Since that appointment, he has completely ignored me, refused to spare even five minutes to speak to me (I'm pretty sure my insurance paid for an hour and he spent twenty minutes with me last time) , and has simply replied "refer to pcp" to all my requests. He wanted to dump STEROIDS at me without even going through my medical history, taking into consideration what led to this current development( intense psychological stress) and won't even try to figure out the proper dosing. Words cannot describe how badly I was treats by this individual. Final insult to this enormous injury? He won't even write a fucking referral to a private immunologist (at USC as per HIS recommendation) for some mysterious reason. He has completely abandoned me when I needed him most in the most appalling and disgusting way. You know of MCAS and the ramifications of leaving it untreated. You have acknowledged that my condition may very well be MCAS and think my issues are serious enough that I need tertiary care. I'll be getting my diagnosis soon and you will be facing a malpractice lawsuit. Thank you.
Dr Manoukian is outstanding!!! He assisted us with our sons pulmonary testing. He went above and beyond even demonstrating proper technique when doing the spirometer testing! He is very patient and always open for input and discussion and does so with respect and understanding. He explains things in detail and with empathy. His office nurses and staff were also so helpful and patient during the test. Dr. Manoukian is one of the more caring and knowledgeable Drs we have. If you need any Respiratory, Allergy, and Immunology needs he is the one to go to in Burbank!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
