Maged Ayad's Online Review Report Card

Please stay away from this doctor office because of their front desk workers and nurses are all very unprofessional and mean they do not want to help you but only want your money. I never been treated so poorly and witch such disrespect in my life at a doctors office. I'd give it 0 if possible.

Front desk workers are very rude and not professional on timing for appointment Carla and Stephanie are very angry unprofessional desk workers. I feel bad for dr ayad because his reviews are basically bad from his workers please watch out they don't care about their patients

Dr Ayad was my Dr. 30 years ago and he was an amazing Dr, I went back to him 3 days ago and WOW he is horrible he did not listen to me, he did not do ANYTHING to help, I called his after hours because I was not doing good and he never responded. I have called his office 3 times and he has not returned my call. Today a lady from his office called to refer me to a Neurologist I had to laugh because 4 times I told him I see one and that I had an appointment after him. He does not want to help or listen just try’s to send you to someone else after he collects your money. If your new run he should not be aloud to practice medicine and he needs a new staff what a bunch a rude ladies!!!! I guess he just needed my cash for some reason because a homeless person with no education could have done a better job than Dr. Ayad and his staff...

An amazing doctor ‍. He works with you very closely and work with you as a team to resolve any health issue. He is our family doctor and I feel safe all the time. The staff are amazing and they care for everyone. Ghassan nono

I heard good things about this doctor,by my co-workers , i tried to make an appointment ,but it took 5 days for the office people,Pamela to find out if my insurance will cover me ,she never call me i call back,to find out when she can schedule me an appointment ,she didn't have an appointment until 21 days after,i am very disappointed with this people ,imagine if they have to give you results about anything they never call you.

I needed to find a doctor that accepted HMO and medicare patients and was not burned out by insurance companies. When I reviewed doctors that had won awards and had great reviews years ago, I found that most had negative reviews now as worn down by insurance companies and seeing too many patients in too little time.I'm so thrilled I found Dr. Maged. He is wonderful and compassionate with a great smile. And his staff is great and always ready to handle medical requests like referrals and prescription refills. He always came in to see my mother with already reviewing her file. He always addressed any issues brought to his attention. And when she ended up in hospital with a stroke, he was the first primary care doctor to visit her in the hospital. I highly recommend him.

I had originally seen Dr Ayad in 2017...I was hoping Dr Ayad could be my primary but after 2 appointments, I bolted. The first appointment was just a talk with his nurse by his side and then the second was a physical. My physical consisted of - and I'm not kidding - him checking my reflexes, asking if I had any moles to be concerned of, and if I had any questions. No bloodwork, no real anything. If he helps you, more power to you.
