List of Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center's Reviews
I went to Providence hospital to have a CT scan performed. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that that they were running behind and I would need to wait. After more than 1.5 hours, Lena Bakalian in the CT department was very caring and accommodating and was able to squeeze my scan in between emergencies. Lena went out of her way to provide outstanding service. A big thank you to Lena! Providence is lucky to have her!
Thier a Roman Catholic based like me, and my family and they are so caring, attending, and want to do everything to help. This is definitely the best hospital I've ever been to in a good minute. Highly recommend anyone dealing with any medical personal issues, they are so kind and compassionate.
The service at the ER is horrible. I'd prefer to go to 3rd world country to get my treatment. This is "Such a shame for an organization like St Joseph where there is no monitoring of the services!!!". I beg the management to send someone as a patient in the ER.
Efficient an professional care
I am elderly, disabled and waiting in the car for an mri patient. I need a restroom and they wouldn't let me in, said I could go accross the street to urgent care center...told them I couldn't walk that far...compassion????
If you value your life and want quality care do not come here.In April I had an adverse reaction to the Pfizer vaccine than landed me in the hospital with heart attack like symptoms. Unfortunately they paired me with Dr.Navarre that had the worst bedside manner possible. He ended up preforming an unnecessary survey(probably just to get paid) then for discharge he gave me no medication to treat my condition. In the coming weeks and follow up appointments his reaction to my condition getting worse was just "Huh strange" critical time passed by with no care at all. Just absurd.Infectious disease told Navarre the cause and he scoffed at the notion. His irresponsible and negligent care is beyond absurd to me how some one like this is allowed to practice.
I've been here twice and every last staff member is very very insensitive and I'm not a sensitive or even emotional person. It's crazy how bad they treat people it makes no sense.
Horribly long waiting. I would laugh because it’s so ridiculous but unfortunately people go there to get medical treatment not to camp at the waiting room for 7 hours. Health care like this should be free.
One of the worst hospitals EVER. they do not care about you or the patient. It's all about the money. They are incentives to enforced unethical and nonsensical mandates against the people they are supposed to help. What shame this place is supposed to be a religious hospital. They are working hand in hand with satan.
I was a patient for bladder cancer twice it is a great hospital from the person who cleans all the way to the nurses and doctors great people with great attitude . Update August/27/2021 i took my mom to emergency they did some test they found out she had inflammation of pancreas so she was admitted to stay for few days. I tell you the nurses with the pandemic i know they are under pressure but still they are so nice and friendly thank you. St Joseph hospital is such a great hospital everyone who works there they are true heroes . I can’t say enough about this hospital. I live in Glendale California I wouldn’t dare to go to Glendale Adventis. St Joseph Hospital thank you for having great doctors and nurses and good employees.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
