Dr. Kuritzkes is one of the BEST doctors around.I’ve been going to him since 2003, his bedside manner is extremely professional.He spends the time to hear you and understand what’s going on.Cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Kuritzkes is a GI doctor that really cares. He will call you at home to update you on any labs, outcomes,etc. I truly am very pleased with his care. The office is well known and very popular because of outstanding doctors in the Burbank inSite Digestive Health Care group. You will be happy with his knowledge of your disease. Go see him.

I went to this office in February and was seen by the NP. She was brisk, rude, and didn’t even perform an exam - but she gave me a stool sample kit and recommend a colonoscopy, which, at 28, is a bit aggressive when I’m otherwise healthy, active, and went in with symptoms aligning with IBS-M. Furthermore, they held my stool test results hostage. I called and requested my results and got a voicemail back saying things were normal. That’s it. No info as to what was tested, what next steps were, nothing. Fast forward 1 month and I called to get my results from them (I switched doctors) and the woman said emailing my results was impossible. In 2021, that’s absurd. Then she transferred me to another extension that went to voicemail. It took 4 calls on the same day to simply get them to offer to upload my test results to my patient portal. I don’t know how these people expect to keep patients when they treat you like you’re an inconvenience. All I can say is go somewhere else!

I was very disappointed with Dr. K and his bedside manner. He was rude and rushed and unsympathetic. He also started my colonoscopy without making sure that I was asleep. I had to tell him I was still awake. He may know his medical stuff but I would never go back to him again.

Rude Rude Rude I have worked several Doctors and front desk customer service skills stink. I called this morning at 10 03 am desperate to find an appointment when I was getting "assisted" to find an appointment The receptionists smart remarks and tone was unacceptable . Sorry DR. but everything is based on first impressions and whoever helped me HUNG UP on me without saying BYE or HAVE A GOOD DAY just simply hung up after providing me two days that did not work for me since I needed something urgent. Its barley 10 am and your employee sounds frustrated or just plain UNHAPPY with her job. Not okay. Please improve.
