List of Skin And Beauty Center - Burbank's Reviews
Dr. Ashley is the best! The staff is very nice and accommodating... I even got some amazing product for free today during my annual visit. They've always taken such good care of me there. Highly recommend their entire team!
I had an appointment with Dr. Ashley but in the past I have showed up with no appointment. In both cases I was seen quickly and my issues were addressed. I like the place.
I saw Dr Ashley he has been my doctor for many years he is a wonderful doctor
Should've read the other reviews cua my experience sounds similar...Came in to the front desk to check in and I stood there for awhile until I asked the girl if I needs to sign something...Now she payed attention...then I get called in the assistant was great in asking for my history...I came from the VA to get laser done on my keloids...then the dermatologist Dr. Veindra comes in I tell him why I'm here then he tells he doesn't recommend lazer...the whole point of this appointment was for me to get Lazer because the laser at West LA VA doesnt work...then he recommends kenalog shots which I've already done more than a dozen times...then he says "will take a look if ur insurance covers lazer"...anytime I've had an appointment with through the VA through community care all that is taken care of...why didn't they look at that before...then the insurance coordinator comes in and talks about what we can do and that she also gonna check my insurance...once again why didn't they check before my appointment?...Then I go to make a new appointment and once again I feel im standing there forever...the girls said one date then she gave me a appointment card with another date than what was said...I'm not sure what's going on here but it reminds me of magnolia dentistry down the street where they try to push for medications or other things...or maybe I was racially profiled? Or my insurance/coverage doesnt pay them? Maybe they just high profile clientele to spend alot there... Got a weird vibe about that place...felt like.they didn't want me to be there...not sure if I will going back
Dr. Ashley and everyone I was involved with yesterday at the Skin & Beauty Center yesterday were wonderful! Every procedure was explained to me thoroughly by the doctor and I was very impressed by his knowledge and manner. He will be my permanent dermatologist from this point onward. Additionally, the appointment was at the scheduled time and I did not have to wait. I can not recommend Dr. Ashley and his staff any higher.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were direct and honest. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients.
Saw Jillian for a burn on my hand. She was amazing, gave me some medicine and its all cured. They have the best front office and nurses, just the best. Thank you Skin and Beauty Center!
I was a SBC patient for over 10 years for myself, my kids and my husband. Because I haven't personally been in 3 years they said I have to pay a $250 new patient fee.
Everyone was so polite and the care I received was very good. It’s a great dermatology office.
Facility clean, staff courteous, service prompt

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
