My husband almost lost his left lung due to your virtual visit policy. He started to feel sick, called the office and they suggested a covid test, even though he had just tested negative two days prior, they had no way of testing him there so he got tested through his employer. During the virtual visit the dr prescribed my husband with antibiotics because his symptoms matched a sinus infection. He finished his week of antibiotics and still didn’t feel well, started to develop a cough and chest pain. We called again to make an appointment and they would not see him because he had “covid-like symptoms” even though we repeatedly told them he had two negative test and I had three negative test.… More
I spent 53 minutes on hold when I called this morning only to find out your lab is not open because it's a holiday! SERIOUSLY? Is it too much to ask to record that information on your outgoing message or post it on-line? Your webpage says "OPEN, closes at 5pm; 4th of July (Observed) might affect these hours". Is that the best you can do? I guess celebrating 4th of July is more important than taking care of patients or at the very least, providing professional service. Inexcusable!
Getting some blood work done ! Like 10 tube worth
Very good service . I will come back
The doctors are wonderful but the Lab nurses were atrocious. They left me with a huge blood bruise and an arm I cannot lift due to her terrible taking of blood. Not to mention yelling out a person woman’s health problems across the waiting area. The poor woman was so embarrassed. Absolutely shocking. They need to do better than that. People are there to get better and they need help. To be put in hands of women like that, made everyone feel uneasy.
Excellent care
stunning just been told they've don't have enough flu vaccines!... and to call back????
I have had a very positive experience going to the Health Center for years.
I took my son in to have his arm checked for a possible fracture. The doctor briefly checked him then sent us on our way for an x-ray; not advising on reducing activity, avoiding certain movements, etc. After the x-ray they didn't advise on when the results would be ready. I had to ask the front desk in which she said it could take up to 24hrs for me to be notified with the results. 24hrs later I didnt get a call so I called in. I spoke to someone who told me the results were in, they just have to have the doctor sign off and call me. Several hours later still no call. I call back and was told the same, that the results were in but now I was told the doctor my son saw was a "fill in" so they will have a different doctor call but at this point the facility was closed. I now have to wait until the following day just for results! Very frustrating, especially with the lack of advice as to what my son should or shouldn't be doing with his arm in the meantime.
Detailed care, solid doctors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
