The provider Lena G. was rude and condescending. Explained my situation to her and she did absolutely nothing, except get paid for an office visit by my insurance. I waited all day for her to call me back and then was told that I had to come in. The treatment I received the day before made my situation worse and when I saw her, she did nothing to help me. I do not recommend this location if you are in need of urgent care.

I would recommend UrgentMED in Burbank to all. Their staff is patient and kind. Very easy to work with.I myself went in initially in the last 6 months. Since, i have had my daughter AND my husband go in. All non COVID related matters.All three of us were treated with care, promptly, and professionally.Thank you for taking care of us!Sincerely,Janine

Came to this urgent care twice and both times had an amazing experience. Friendly staff, caring doctors and the best part they accept Kaiser insurance. I also did the covid test twice and paid for the copay only. I have referred some of my family and friends when they needed a covid test done or to get a quick check up.

"Appointments for an urgent care".... Isn't that the point of having an urgent care? As soon as I opened the door I received a " do you have an appointment today? We're only doing appointments right now" as she stared at the clock. Please change your " walk in" availability to spare people a headache & disappointment.

I went in there with my kids to be seen for stomach flu. First question I was asked was whether I was paying with cash or the insurance. The receptionist told me that if I paid with cash, my kids would be seen, if with the insurance, they had no space for them to see my kids. Clearly, this place is completely business minded & run but not for people care. Disgusting. NOT going back there ever.

Had to come here twice so far and each time it's been great. Every person ive encountered has been so sweet. They are quick and easy efficient. I also love that it's by appointment only, especially right now during covid. Love that you're not sitting around a bunch of people that could potentially be very sick lol. I will definitely be returning if i have to. Hopefully not, but if i have to, I'm coming here.

Just left here after getting a rapid test for my daughter. The receptionists are the rudest I've ever encountered. They are lazy to do their job and rude to anyone who walks in. They have zero knowledge regarding medical billing so if you're coming for a test, just pay cash. If you have insurance, make sure you know what they will pay for your test or else they will tell you to pay $165 without verifying. I know for a fact my insurance covers 100% of the test but because of the lazy receptionist, she wants to charge $165 and I'll just handle it with insurance company later. Well i decided I'll just pay $95 cash as if i didn't have insurance to not have to deal with these people again.Leave your attitudes at home receptionists, this job may not be fit for you.

They were too busy to have any manners when I came to get stitches on my hand. They wouldn't even give me the chance to ask if they were excepting walk-ins. They yelled "You Have To Wait Outside" and left me out there. On a second attempt after their reception was cleared of anyone else, they yelled frantically at me again sayin "I'll Come Get You!". And after some time, they never came out. I had to call for them to tell me they couldn't see me.I understand being busy, I also have a job. When your job evolves people that come to you for care, be informative and welcoming. Or lose business. I won't go there again and I wouldn't recommend it.
