Bill Metaxas's Online Review Report Card

Some of the staff are nice. Some have a bit of an attitude. Given most are young. I do not know if that is a matter of age or lack of training? I think everyone needs a first job but to have several young women who spoke in a way, that I would not call professional, is not god business for the him. Given Dr. was in office by himself and having to serve many patients wait times could be long. That would be understandable if we are told that he is running behind.

Dr. Metaxas is not a good doctor I’ll never go back to him.

I love my services at San Mateo Podiatry Group, my assistant Enida is very good, helpful, the whole staff is amazing. I follow Dr Metaxas advice. Thank you

Pretentious doctor with a high level of skill. He’s a very competent doctor with a smug attitude. We’re both Greek so maybe that played in. Expect to receive treatment with the latest technology. Friendly staff but if you disagree with him he gets defensive. I remember correcting him one time based on prior information another foot care specialist gave me and he looked stunned. He refused to agree with me on pain management options, probably because I use Cannabis, and looked at me as if I was a drug addict looking for pain pills. It was disrespectful and he can screwed off for that. He told me that I’m not Ronaldo so I shouldn’t care about getting my femur shortened by 1cm. I’m still in pain today years later.

1st visit, excellent front desk, minimal wait, med. assistants ipad questionnaire, scope out problems immediately, dr. comes in with summary to specifically treat the problem, efficient, plus latest tech advances, to treat-----2nd visit, as efficient as first, all questions answered

This group starting with the Doctors, receptionist, and the medical assistants are all very profesional, never feel hurried, and they listen. This is one medical experience I look forward to. I highly recommend San Mateo Podiatry

Great care great follow up care

Dr Metaxas and his staff are always courteous and respectful. Everything is explained.

Friendly, seemed to know what he was talking about, listened to my concerns, and explained what would happen going forward. The staff at the clinic were also very kind, as well.

I broke my toe playing soccer a few weeks ago. Dr. Metaxas was able to see me on just a few days notice. He and their staff scanned my foot using this really fancy machine and walk me through a recovery plan. What stood out to me was the lengths they went to in order to make me feel comfortable (e.g. figuring out my preferred communication style, what my goals were, they even gave me a small gift!). Overall, it was a great experience.
