List of Claudio A Bet's Reviews
Dr Bet is a very good Doctor. I don't get any of these bad reviews, I've never experienced any of it. I have been going to him for 20 years. Makes me scratch my head and wonder how high maintenance these negative reviewers are.
My husband and I have been going to Doctor Bet for over 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about him. Appointments are easy to get and he has referred us to specialists when necessary . My husband and I are both close to 70 and he is by far the best family physician we've ever had.
Tested positive for COVID19 on weekend and this doctor was the on call person - he refused to talk to me and denied my request for Paxlovid. He said if I had severe or worsening symptoms, I had to go the emergency room to get it — contrary to the prescription label, that clearly says it is meant for early treatment for mild to moderate cases, to *prevent* worsening. Will not recommend this uninformed and unhelpful doctor.
Doctor Bet is the best. 90 percent of the time he can fix the problem and if not he refers you immediately to the correct specialist. My husband and I have been patients for years and will continue as long as he is practicing. His office staff is nice and always gets us in when needed.
This has nothing to do with the Doctor since I didn't get that far, due to the woman who answered the phone, who when asked were they taking new patients she said "That depends, its on a case by case basis" taken aback asked, what does that mean, because it felt like profiling to me, in which her attempt to clean up was, I take you info and call you back, that was last Monday. No girl, don't worry about it, I'm good on you and him if he has someone like you in the front office, you would not be able to handle me in person, No Time For It!
I get everyone's experience is different, but the positive reviews puzzle me. I went to Dr. Bet for a number or years, always for very routine things. When I went to him with severe back pain, he started yelling about how he didn't want anything to do with me or my pain. He threw me out of his office. One reviewer said Bet believes in the Hippocratic Oath. In my experience, nothing could be farther from the truth. He is without question the worst medical "professional" I have seen in my nearly 70 years. Avoid at all cost.
My husband and I love Doctor Bet. He knows about everything and refers us when necessary. I had cancer and he knew exactly where to send me. My husband needed physical therapy and he knew exactly what was wrong and sent him to therapy. He's also honest and kind as well as his office staff. I'm 68 and I have to say he's the best doctor I've ever had.
Dr, Bet is wonderful! I'm a critical care RN and have a hard time finding a good GP. He's knowledgeable, personable, easy to talk to,professional, takes his time and does a thorough history and great assessment, his office his staff is excellent, easy to get to his office, and plenty of parking available! A+
I love coming to Dr. Bet's office! The front staff is always so friendly and very helpful. Dr.Bet has always been a great doctor and help me with all of my concerns! Today's visit was very quick and helpful! I definitely recommend Dr.Bet as a primary physician!
This man does not deserve to be called doctor! He and his office staff are the rudest group I've come across ever! As the primary caregiver for my 89 year old father I was instructed by the front office person to drop off a document requiring completion and it would be ready for me to pick up in one week. She said she would call me when it was ready but that call never came. I followed up after 2 weeks and was the same thing; that she would call me when it was ready. After several more weeks and 5 phone calls later with no call-backs, I left a message requesting Dr. Bet and the Office Manager contact me. That same front office person said she'd give them the message. I waited 5 more days and then called again today. This was now my 6th phone call. Today, she put me through to the Office Manager who seemed as though she couldn't be bothered. She told me that she was dealing with her own "father" issues and didn't even know where my form was. I told her that she should surely understand my predicament then and apology for their lack of response over the last 5 weeks would be nice. She then put Dr. Bet on the phone who proceeded yell and berate me. He told me that...forms are not a priority, that doctors do them as a favor for patients and he'll do them in his own time...that he was on vacation and takes down time just like all of us. I tried to explain that I was told the forms would be ready in a week and that numerous calls (6 now) had been ignored by his office staff. He told me that I was rude to his office staff....that he didn't know where the form was at this point and he wasn't sure if he could find it...and that if I wanted it sooner, I could pay him $150. At this point, I hung up and am in the processing of filing a complaint and looking for a new and caring physician for my dad.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
