Daniel Glatt's Online Review Report Card

Honestly, never even saw the doctor, I called and spoke with the office staff and they were condescending and rude. The first few times I called I couldn't get through. They don't even have an answering service for when they have lunch or after hours. They "turn their phone off". When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up, it was during my work day, and I was expecting maybe a 10 minute phone call. Called back again the next day and they were very unhelpful and rude. I don't recommend them based on the receptionist and support staff. I'm looking for a new primary as I type this.

I am writing a review for my husband who is no longer with us.   these doctors are just pill pushers and no matter how long you have been going there they just keep writing scripts and not checking in on the overall state of the patients life.   If these doctors didn't keep prescribing these horribly addictive drugs to my husband he might be here now to see his now nine year old son finish elementary school.   Do not go here they are just getting rich off the meds they prescribe.

The receptionists here are so beyond rude and unhelpful to the point I never feel comfortable even calling in to make an appointment. I've had many bad encounters but today was one have the worst. I have even been in the doctors office and over heard the receptionists making fun of and talking trash about patients. I would rather call my insurance advise nurse over calling this office. Today sadly I had to call in to make an appointment. Today was the final straw. I got I believe Tonya (might be wrong about the name they are all rude though)  who was so rude and unhelpful. Hope Dr. Daniel Glatt sees this. I did request to have Dr. Glatt to still call me as I told her I'll be finding a new doctor. I would like to let him know why I'm leaving.  She hung up on me so it will be interesting to see if Dr. Glatt actually calls. Needless to say I'm ok with finding a new doctor as you should feel like the doctor's office is there to help you not makes you feel worse. Also you shouldn't feel like you can't call your doctor. After 10 years of being stupid and putting up with it today was the day the straw broke the camels back. Edit: I should add reading through the reviews this is an ongoing problem.

Dr. Daniel Glatt is always friendly, helpful and does a thorough intake. He asks you specific questions and is a problem solver. Very helpful in evaluating pain and reasonable medication.

The office manager is so rude an disrespectful to patients. I interrupted here when she was giving me the wrong information. She said don't yell at me an hung up on me. I called back an the sweet lady keeps hanging up on me.. as she is hanging up the phone,saying this is the one that yelled at me.I have been on hold.opps she hung up again

I've had only positive experiences with Doctor Daniel Glatt and his very professional office staff since becoming a patient of the doctor almost 10 years ago.They have always been willing to work with me promptly on any scheduling issues that have arisen.His staff have been more than helpful working with my insurance provider on various occasional concerns that pop up now and then.Dr. Glatt himself always spends a good amount of time during our scheduled appointments going over my medical issues, both specifically, and other more general issues of things that frankly may not have even occurred to me.I've never had any feelings of being "expressed" in and out of any of my meetings with the doctor; Likewise, I've never felt I've ever been left forgotten about or abandoned,either in the main lobby waiting room or alone in an examination room.Over the past ten years there have been a very few appointments the waiting periods have a bit longer than normal, but nothing at all outrageous.I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to recommend Daniel Glatt M.D. to anyone inquiring about him and his clinic for their professional services.

My name is Katherine Susie Aparicio and Dr. DAN Glatt has helped me so much with my intractable pain. I have cervical myelopathy and 5 bulging lumbar disc's. I'm in constant pain and nothing ever helps it, Dr. Dan has be very patient with me in finding something that works for me. He is kind ,funny and a true blessing to me and my family. I'm still searching for what medicine works for me, but I'm blessed By God with having Dr. Dan as my Doctor! I pray for him every night! Thank you and God bless you sir!

Dr. DAN IS so wonderful and so nice to me. He has been very patient in helping the right meds for me. He has gave me my life back. I'm so grateful and I pray for my Dr. Every night. He is very special and an excellent Dr. One of q kind. Blessed to have him as my pain Dr.

AWFUL!!! RUDE!!! INSENSITIVE!!! I can't believe a doctors office would hire two people who are completely rude and are not able to complete a simple task of asking for medical records. NANCY and HEIDI are two that I spoke to today and they were both erratic and didn't understand my request.  After being placed on multiple holds Nancy stated that Heidi was yelling in the background and put me on hold again. I am helping an elderly friend collect information for a wrongful death/Oxy lawsuit and it was a simple request that they didn't complete on time. On top of that give me attitude! These two employees and the whole doctors office should be shut down! No wonder there are two different companies on yelp to review... Which I would be placing on the others as well.....  I would just call them both "KARENS"!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANTED TO BE TREATED THE WAY I DID FOR A SIMPLE TASK!! HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY IN THE MEDICAL FIELD!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!
