I had a great experience. It was my first time at Dr Lings office. From the start the staff was professional and courteous. I was brought to my room almost immediately after completing my paperwork. And I was already checked in by the time Dr Ling came in. She was friendly, professional and welcoming. I liked her so much that I am making her my PCP. Highly recommend!

Very short wait time. The office is very nice and all the staff was very professional and pleasant. Dr. Ling,Jie made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend her as a primary doctor!

Dr. Ling has been my family doctor for 4 years. She is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, answering my questions and addressing my concerns in each visit. The followups are professional and quick. If I have emergency issues I can see Dr. Ling on the same day. Booking appointments is also convenient. Highly recommend Dr. Ling!!!

I been with Dr Ling for long time. She was a great doctor, but now I dont thing so. Does not take the time to hear out the patient’s full concerns. Jumps straight to diagnosis. The way doctor talk to me straight forward. Not pleasant. Can not ask more question. Feel like over the she have change and it time to find new doctor.

Dr Ling is very professional and attentive, She has broad experience. She is also very friendly and thoughtful. A few times, I needed to see her urgently so she worked extended hours to see me. I referred a few friends to her, they were all extremely happy with her services. Dr Ling is connected to a very good network of specialists where she sends you if needed. She referred me to two excellent GI and orthopedic doctors. She is also very considerate about your outofpocket costs and takes this into account when recommending a test or imaging facility.

Ive been looking for a primary Dr and am so happy to have found Dr. Ling. She is so personable and i always feel like she sincerely cares for my wellbeing vs being a name on a chart. Thank you, Dr. Ling!

Dr ling is a wonderful doctor I have met, she is so responsible and patient with me and my family. The office people are so good, they tell me to check my insurance before I wanna do any shot or lab, they dont charge money casually. Will refer my friends and family to choose Dr ling as their PPO if they change provider

The receptionist who speaks Mandarin is very rude and impatient, with bad attitude and no knowledge about insurance.

Dr. Ling is incredible. She takes the time to get to know you and she took the time to ensure that I was fully informed of all medical procedure before she did anything. She also went out of his way to help me fully understand everything in detail. Love the staff. They are very helpful where to go for lab, imaging, and referral.

Dr. Ling is an excellent PCP. She is patient. She actually follows up if you had issues or questions. Patiently discusses all your questions. There is virtually no wait time. Her staff is also professional and friendly.
