Dr Keller was fine at diagnosing my problem and giving me a prescription but I felt like she was a bit cold and distant. She didnt really seem interested in spending any more time on me than she had to and answered questions pretty abruptly. Not a great bedside manner...I think Ill keep looking for another dermatologist.
Excellent level of care from everyone in this dermatology group including specialist procedures. Highly recommended.
OK this had a very odd setting. I go into check in for my appointment at 3 and I got there at 245 to fill out paper work. So far its normal. I waited till 330 and no one called me in. Then i had to inform them I had to take care on an erin. Front desk apoligized. Then they called on the phone and said I think this is who is was.like they forgot and right away called me in. I had to inform them I had to take care of something... left and came back at 4. slight inconvenience but still could of been a human error or something no big deal. Go into the exam room and the medical assistantfemale apologized as well. She asked for my reason for visit like most doctors offices do. And I expected her to take my pulse weight blood pressure etc like most doctors office. Nope not this one. Again no big deal..the medical assistant leaves the room and I expected to the doc to come in. But the doctor comes back with the medical assistant. OK Im thinking shes leave in a few min.. the doc probably needed help opening the door doc had a cane. Nope she stands at the back of the room by the door looking down at her iPad while the doc asking me questions and examining my arm and leg. I couldnt even describe my concern properly cuz it felt so akward having her in the room. I wanted to have a certain part checked out but not while shes in room. I had to ask her to leave showed the doc and the doc called her back in. I wanted to ask the doc a question but I forgot this whole setting threw me off. So I asked the medical assistant if I could ask the doc a quick question. Oh well he went into another exam no big deal docs are busy.. I ended up asking the medical assistant which was a little embarrassing and akward. She went into the exam room asked the doc and have me free samples.. all I can say I hope I dont have to go on a date with her. Keep in mind when making my appointment is specifically asked for a male doctor. As for the doctor its self he seemed knowledable. I dont know if my condition was super commonsimple. He made a quick diagnosis I felt pretty stupid for coming. He prescribed some stuff and sent me on my way. Glad i dont have a follow up visit.. next time Ill have to look for a different facility.
My friends recommended me to Dr Keller. I am still trying to make up my mind about her. She came into the room and acted like she did not know why she was there. Sort of a casual attitude. Not pro-active by any means. I will go back for the second appointment but I am not impressed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
