I was looking to get Botox as I have a Family reunion soon and was Happy I found Laser Away Burlingame! The Staff is So Friendly and Professional that I Highly Recommend this Place. I was looking for a place to get Botox in the Burlingame area and after doing some internet research this place stood out, so I decided to go here. I was soo glad I did ! The minute I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I especially want to Shout Out to Angelica & Alex. They were very nice and answered all my Concerns and Questions. Everyone there was Awesome. I'm going to look good for my Family reunion. In fact I was soo happy with the results that I booked a Juvederm appointment as well.I Highly Recommend this Place! Thank you Laser Away Burlingame

Awesome experience at LaserAway Burlingame. The front desk was very helpful in answering all my questions and follow up after treatment was exceptional. The medical staff was very diligent and made sure I was comfortable during my treatment. I've sent many friends there and they also have great experiences to speak of. If you're thinking of any of their offered treatments I would not hesitate to give them a call and inquire. Thank you LaserAway Burlingame team.

Despite selling their services on Groupon, they refused to honor it saying they changed their policy. No, it wasn't expired or anything. Just a business acting in bad faith.

I always have a great experience at this location. From the front desk to the nurses, they always have such a positive attitude and answer all my questions regarding the procedure and what to expect. Big plus is that they are always so accommodating.

My nurse is amazing and always enthusiastic and comforting. No one beats her amazing personality!!

Looks like I had a similar bad treatment done to my face. You will hear the canned script about how they are not responsible, even in cases of their obvious negligence because you "signed the paperwork" which gives them carte blanche to have zero accountability. I echo other reviews to avoid this place at all costs. Please go to a medical environment with an actual doctor onsite and properly trained staff not this drive through, one size fits all business full of ill trained, ill prepared and unexperienced twenty somethings who say one thing, then management says another. When they realize that they botched the treatment, they will dismiss it and you and will not make it right. Not the kind of ethics you want to deal with when your face or body is damaged. Zero credibility. Find a true medical business that will stand by what they and their staff say and do. They will over treat you to make their money without regard to remedying the botched end result. Their level of incompetence is inexcusable and a total nightmare. Don't learn the hard way like I did.

I went back for treatment after being away for 3 years. I was taken in on time, and Celty, my R.N., was professional and personable. I felt very comfortable.

My husband and I both had best experiences here, that made us keep getting more and more treatments.They wiped out all bad experiences I had with this place before.Keep up the great work Burlingam LaserAway

I have been coming here for years. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the services and products. Injection nurses have the lightest hands and very caring. Highly recommended.
